Great prices and the staff are lovely I’m definitely going to be coming back here to get lash extensions

Not sure how they are still in businessm the store is filfy! Dust and dirt everywhere and I honestly don't know the last time they cleaned. Came in a few times for threading but refuse to go anymore.

Ritu gently shaped my eyebrows today and I did not feel any pain! She was quick and very polite, I recommend Exquisite eyebrows.

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. I picked this place over some others in the shopping centre. Others charge $12 this place charges $20. I asked for cleaning up of my brows. But when I got up to find she’d overly trimmed the outside tail of one of my brows. Now it’s got a blunt end. I asked to speak to manager, the girl didn’t have contact details for the manager. She offered me a refund in return I didn’t complain. That defeats the purpose of my off looking eyebrows that I now have to manage myself. I accepted the refund but wished to speak with hire up management. The other customer in the store advocating for me and also wasn’t completely happy with her tint on her brows. Very disappointed and unprofessional to not have contact details of management.

I used to come here all the time and had done lamination here with no problems. I then came back was told they don’t do lamination… a few weeks later I saw a sign in their window saying lamination now available. I have gone into the store twice only to be told they are fully booked for lamination and don’t even bother asking me to make a booking for the future. The third time I tried they told me to come back in one hour. Terrible service and clearly don’t care about having loyal customers. Going to have to find another place, management must have changed because it’s gone down hill

Would never return to this salon. They didn’t listen and completely ruined my eyebrows. Staff was not at all apologetic for her poor work.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for eyelash tinting. Dry wiping the tint off your eyes without any water, put more tint in my eyes than my lashes. I tried asking multiple times for her to flush my eye or use water to remove the tint, and she told me to go to the sink and wash it myself, while my eyes are closed with tint on so dumb.
Eyebrow thread and tint was pretty good. But not worth paying $60 for.last time I try a new salon.

I used to come here and it was fine. Today I asked the lady just to clean up as I’m trying to grow my brows and came out with even thinner brows. When I said to her “you didn’t clean up you made them really thin” she giggled and said “sorry”.
She was also not gentle and burnt my skin a bit. Never again

I had terrible Eyebrow threading. Shape is worse than before and obvious eyebrows left. I will definitely not be going back.

I went to get my lash extensions removed. First I was grilled as to why I was taking them off, personal valid opinion. Secondly, the pad was jamming into my eyeball. Once they began removing them she pulled one out that was clearly not ready, making my eye weep, allowing the glue/removal liquid in my eye with no apology or checking I was ok. She rubbed cotton wool over my eye which ended up inside my eye which was very painful and had to fish out myself. Was then charged $45 for this horrific experience which is a total rort in itself

I have gone here on 3 occasions. The first time for a brow threading and brow laminate. They over laminated my brows and they were really damaged but good brow shape. Second appointment they made my eyebrows too thin even though I just asked to leave the shape and just tidy. Last, again, way too thin! I officially have the 90s brow. I won’t be going back which is unfortunate because it’s my local.

First, no appointment is taken coz it’s a “we don’t take booking” place (which I clearly saw something make a booking in store). Second, they force you to sit down in line before even let you ask if the service you want is available at all. Finally, after a meaningless wait of half an hour, they say it’s too busy to do it and make you come back. So, what’s the point?

The lady who did my eyebrows was rude and condescending, my skin is red and peeling from the threading as she was so rough, won't go back.

Every time I've had my brows threaded here it's been quick and looked great. The staff are friendly, too!

Oh my gosh, without this amazing team of women in my life due to the necessities of social distancing I am resembling a werewolf! Threading is highly effective for my eyebrows that are strong enough to resist the waxing layers, I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Get ready, ladies I’m heading over for some of your magic ASAP!

The girls are super friendly really chatty and great at what they do. Went for eyelash extensions. Made me feel comfortable and didn't complain when I decided to also get thread and tint

Lovely women, do great brows and tinting but I have received the worst burns in my life under both my arms from the therapist using hot wax strips after hard wax today over and over. Bruised, irritated and burned. Sadly I won’t be going back now.
