James Elia contacted us a few months ago to advise that we would soon be able to connect to the NBN and to see if he could help us with the transition.

James advised that in order to transfer to the NBN we would need to upgraded to the new SIP telephone technology.

The system is working well, and with our staff now working from home because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the call forwarding option is great.
