My experience with Expert Telecom has been nothing but easy, quick and reliable. The set up was seamless and after previous providers left my company without NBN and no support; Expert Telecom went above and beyond to get our offices back up and running very quickly. Expert Telecommunications are very professional and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The company I work for, Cameo Memorials, just had Expert upgrade our system in our two locations, Fawkner and Dandenong. From the beginning, James provided superb advice and product solutions for our specific needs. Luch form Expert Telecom was so helpful, he installed a completely new phone system at my store in only 2 hours. Made sure I knew how to use it such at Night Mode, Saving numbers, Transferring calls ect.also made the wires nice and neat. All up a very professional job and can thank Luch enough.
