After a dodgy phone repair at another shop I came to Experimac to get the issue resolved and the customer service was amazing they even charged my phone for me so it was full when I picked it up! Will be coming back for any repairs in future

Bloody legends!

After a competitor couldn't complete a fairly simple battery swap, Experimac took my Macbook with 1.5 hours left of the week until a long weekend and finished the job with ease and a smile - they even cleaned the internals and fixed up some loose bits. My 2016 Macbook is now humming!

Will 100% be back again and again.

I had a wonderful experience with Experimac in Carlton. The technicians were able to diagnose the problem and replace my Mac laptop keyboard on the very same afternoon. The keyboard is pristine and as good as the day I bought it. I must also add that they were willing to price match with their competitors. I was highly impressed and would definitely return.

I had repairs done to my i- phone and i- pad. The customer service was excellent and Jason was very patient at explaining things to a not very computer savvy customer [ me ] I highly recommend experimac for all your mac requirements!

Houman was a very lovely man him and Jason helped patiently with my new M1 Mac. I will never look back at apple again for repairs.

Jason is skillful and experienced. My Mac has black screen. And the issue just relats to cable. Now it has been fixed and work again. Have been to three shops beforehand. That give different explanations, one said the screen has problem, one said the main board has problem, the other suggested me to sell my mac. They don't convinced me as I protected my Mac very well. The price this shop charge is not low, but quite fair. They treat your problem seriously and honestly, especially for those who know nothing about computer. Highly recommend!

Probably the best place to get your Mac serviced nearest the city. Quick turn around on a MacBook with a faulty SSD, perhaps a little expensive for the cheap replacement that was used, but all data was recovered and far cheaper than having to buy a new computer!

MacBook Pro screen replacement. $1000. Good screen but unfortunately no payment plans or options for financial support in these tough times unless I left my laptop there until fully paid. They also took 13 days to fix due to stock problems instead of 3 days - which would be fine if they had called me to tell me instead of me having to call them. Overall disappointed re customer service and lack of compassion in these unprecedented times. Good screen so far.

Highly recommend experimac to anybody who needs their apple product serviced. I brought my laptop in this morning and received excellent customer service, they promptly repaired my laptop and returned it the same day, and the service of the laptop itself was excellent.

Serviced & upgraded my MacBook & iMac for more preformance. Also assisted me with an emergency opperating system format out of the kindness of their heart. Excellent service & GREAT help

Great costumer service. Very friendly staff. I needed to get my iPhone 7 plus fixed and thanks to the staff my phone was repaired in less than a day. Will definitely be back if any issues come up with my electronics.

Fair price, good service, wasn't able to get a key fixed but they tried their best. Helps repair with other product besides Mac.

I water damaged my Macbook Pro and brought it to Experimac, they were lovely to deal with (specifically Jason) while I was very stressed, and explained everything to me clearly. They originally fixed it in under an hour, and then when further issues arose it was sent away and returned to me in just over a week.

Very patient staff, totally know the needs of customers.

I felt so satisfied when staff shown me the official replacement part’s price, although it was spent a little bit time for replacement. The results is perfect, I think it totally worth it.

I will recommend this place to my friends if they need help with their computers.
