Wow. I hate handing my computer over to get fixed. It feels like i'm slicing out half of my brain and handing it across to a stranger. Didn't have that problem with these guys. Fixed it super quickly. Great price. Great communications. I always say when you move town the hardest things to find are a good dentist and a mechanic you can trust. I probably ought to add 'computer repair' to that list. Ok That's two out of three sorted. Anyone know a good mechanic?

The team at Experimac are absolute stars. The team go above and beyond, and will work with you to solve any sticky situation, such as laptop water spillages pre thesis-submission and other tight deadlines. I have had numerous devices repaired and also bought some very well priced laptops and refurbished iPhones that are in perfect condition. Would not go anywhere else!

I got my phone charging port fixed within an hour for a reasonable price. Very friendly service. Also realised they have a good range of cheap second hand macs. Glad to know this store is around. Highly recommended.

Having visited my fair share of IT repair services, I can honestly say that Experimac is the gold standard - others should learn from their example. Jason was both knowledgable and trustworthy - and the price was more than reasonable, generous even - considering how much work was done to recover my water-damaged 2021 Macbook Pro.

What was especially refreshing was how honest the advice I received was. After two other competitors told me my only option was to fork out thousands to fully replace multiple "irrecoverable components", Jason went through a list of strategies, including their likelihood of success, that weren't even mentioned by the others (such as cleaning away the corrosion inside). He was also perseverant, doing several rounds of cleaning in the inside hardware of my Macbook until it turned back on.
