Exotic Limo

We got married (finally!) 2 weekends ago and used Exotic Limo in Melbourne as our vehicle vendor. They exceeded our expectations in every possible way! Absolute legends on the phones, nothing was too much for their team even though we had to make a lot of Covid changes this past year!

Really honest business who looked after our whole family as if we were their family! I’m not much of a ‘review’ guy, but I know I have experienced something extra special with Exotic limos and I want to spread the word for the guys.

Also special mention must go to all our drivers on the day! We had a few but Jorge, Moe, Phillipe and Warren were all absolute Gentleman all day long. Really polite, not invasive of our special family moments on such an important day, but were always around to open doors, give out much needed drinks, keep the cars spotless and looking mint, and were all great in traffic and under time pressure. Also the rolled out red carpet was great!

As I said we have had such an awesome experience all the way through with our car vendor Exotic Limo. There is a reason they have been in business for over three decades and have such an awesome reputation in Melbourne. All my friends present on the day who are getting married soon have already contacted the team to get the ball rolling!

Such an awesome experience, hopefully I can come back again in the future for some more experiences.

We had an incredible wedding experience with Exotic Limo in Melbourne and I thought I should share it publicly so anyone needing to find an amazing limo company to work with on their wedding day will know who to choose.

Firstly, I spoke to quite a few companies when we were looking for our wedding cars, and the Customer Service delivered by Tim from ExoticLimo was head & shoulders above all the other companies combined. He was incredibly knowledgeable about not just the car industry but also the wedding industry and his kind manners, guidance and also patience while we worked through our complicated plans was really impressive!

We ended up with 6 different cars and limos on our day and they were all far above expectation in their cleanliness and quality. Seeing them in our photos plus riding around on the day was an amazing experience and we felt really happy we chose ExoticLimo!

All the drivers were lovely. And in fact all the staff we dealt with at ExoticLimo through Covid (we needed a lot of help with postponing multiple dates), we’ve honestly had nothing but fantastic interactions and service. Super, super impressed. And they delivered on the big day in a big way. All the trimmings and extra details were covered and you get the feeling of being in safe hands all the way through the whole process. From first chats and inquiry all the way through to delivery of service on the day.

You deserve ten stars for the past 15 months of working with us to finally get our wedding together and we are very happy we chose ExoticLimo.

Great Customer Service! Made a booking for my Deb, the initial booking was really easy and simple to book but unfortunately we had to change the date a few times due to it being in the midst of Covid. I thought it was going to be a hassle but they were great and helped me out heaps. Quick, easy and efficient process. Would definitely recommend!

Excitingly I recently got married and am finally getting around to posting my reviews for all my chosen vendors! Even though cars were last on my list of things to book, Exotic Limo are the FIRST vendors I want to review - because they absolutely nailed the transportation aspect of our whole day! I had been recommended to Exotic by friends who used them last year for their wedding, and from the moment I first spoke to Warren I felt in professional hands. We actually needed 6 cars on our day and were able to easily arrange this through the one company which was handy! The Bentley limo’s were so beautiful, the classic vehicles I arrived to the church in were beautifully maintained, and my hubby loved all the sports cars we booked for the boys side of things! Cherry on top was the lovely drivers who tended to us all day as if we were their own family! It was something I didn’t really think about pre-wedding, but was very pleasantly surprised by on the day! Very caring staff, very good people to work with, very fair prices considering the class of vehicles we ordered. Exotic Limo! You guys rock! Such a fun company to deal with! All your cars are unique and the ones we rode around in were sparkling! Thanks for taking care of us - everyone had such a fun time and we reckon it was definitely the best part of our whole night on the town! Oh, we booked two big Hummers and they were AMAZE! I am really happy with the service I received from Exotic Limo on my wedding day! When booking cars, my partner and I were really only thinking about the TYPES of cars we would want. However, on the day I soon realised that its the service that is equally if not more important than the cars! All our Drivers were AMAZING! So polite, genuinely seemed happy to be with us on our special day, courteous, safe drivers, and it just felt like they knew what they were doing from first minute to last. So to Jorge, Phillippe and TJ we want to say a huge THANK YOU. Also thanks for posing for some photos it was great fun! All your cars are incredible too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 Stars.

We hired the Porsche Cayenne Limo for our wedding 29/2/20 and couldn’t have been happier with the service! They were punctual and professional and the car was spotless! Thanks for contributing to our amazing care free day!

Worst service I have ever had! Hired a limo for my daughter's wedding party and paid up front.exotic limo NO SHOW. Didn't bother to phone, when I eventually got hold of them claimed system problem and offered a limo in 1.5 hours! Sorry wedding over in 1.5 hours, do not use this company totally unreliable. Only giving 1 star because the is nothing less. THANKS FOR RUINING THE DAY!

Never Use these guys. Exotic Limousines are complete and utter liars and don’t deserve to own or operate limousines. I had my wedding late last year on the 30/11/19 and had them booked for months and months. I got a phone call 4 days before the wedding, and they had told me the Porsche Cayenne Limo had booked had broken down and would not be operational. I had only been in their office 1 week prior to pay my outstanding amount for the day. I was devastated. They turned around and offered me a Jeep Limousine, and a Chrysler. Hardly a Porsche…. I called around and spoke to a Hummer company. Hummer Limousines. Lucky I called around, as the guys at Hummer Limousines had acquired the Porsche and had it in their fleet only 2 weeks before. Those guys at Hummer Limousines were absolutely fantastic. They were able to provide the Porsche for my wedding day. I had asked Exotic limo for my refund and was told it would take 30 days. I went straight to their office and demanded it on the spot. It disappointed me that they didn’t pass on the work that they had booked onto who ever bought it, they just tried to offload me other cars they had. Don’t be fooled and be careful if you have booked with them. They are liars. I would not trust them at all from a business perspective and they should be ashamed. Disappointed Porsche customer. Do not use this company. Had booked months in advance and they took the booking. A day b4 the event they cancelled due to car being taken off the road. Obviously they had a better offer as price was cheaper than other companies and it was Valentines day. Used another company on principle and wasn't surprised when they told us that Exotic Limo was known in the industry for doing this.

We have used this company before with good results.
My daughter married a few weeks ago and they ordered a Lincoln Excalibur which was a wonderful looking car on the surface. It was parked in front of my driveway as the bride and party stepped in.

Unfortunately that's as far as we got.the car stalled, overheated as it couldn't take the heat on this extremely hot day of 44 degrees. The driver mentioned that the car is not good in such weather.
We were stuck, and had to return into the house to await the upgrade of a Bentley.

We ended up very very stressed, a hour late for
The ceremony. Everyone was so hot and bothered. There were people who had to leave and couldn't wait. Lucky the priest was ok to wait!
We returned home after the reception to find the limo still over my driveway making it difficult to drive into my house and they left the limo there for 4 days, open for anyone to access.
We ended up pushing it out of the way ourselves!
We have agreed to compensation of some sort as I think that's only fair but was told to read the terms and conditions.
Therefore my opinion is bad customer service.
If they knew the car was not up to it they should have told us and given is the choice.
Quite simple really.

We hired 2 limos (the Ferrari and Camaro stretch) for our wedding day on the 9th December. TJ was easy to speak with and responded promptly. Everything went smoothly until a couple of days before the wedding, we were told that the Ferrari would be unavailable as it had broken down and were waiting on parts. We eventually swapped it with the Bentley. On the day both limos arrived on time, however the Bentley didn’t have as many refreshments as it offered when we booked it, only supplying water and the Camaro had no air conditioning. It was a 40 degree day and the limo was like a sauna. I had really bad anxiety and was upset as I was worried that the heat would affect my hair and makeup.
The customer service received was great, however very disappointed with the cars, especially that my husband was looking forward to the Ferrari.

If you’re looking for the best limo company in Melbourne then look no further than Exotic Limo. All our family have used them for our weddings over the past 5 years and they have literally NEVER been anything other than perfect. Highest quality cars you can find anywhere in Melbourne, coupled with awesome customer service all the way through your experience. About time I wrote a review for you guys! Haha. AMAZING experience with Exotic Limo that deserves a 5 Star Review! Not really being knowledgeable of the 'limousine world',  I didn't know what to expect when booking a limo for my Mum’s 60th Birthday surprise. But my goodness, thanks to staff member TJ - I did find the right one - a beautiful White Bentley! Wow! We booked the limousine for a scenic cruise, and inside was an array of complementary items such as bottled water and soft drinks on ice, and lollies for the kids. When the limousine arrived, the chauffeur had the red carpet rolled out on the path and greeted my Mother in a very professional and naturally happy manner wishing her a happy birthday with her favourite song playing on the stereo. She was honestly tickled pink! She was so excited it made me cry! Thank you to all of the team at Exotic Limo. You were all wonderful. I highly recommend your services.

Asked for a Bentley and they gave me a chrystler and when I inquired as to why, they said that the terms and conditions say that we can substitute with an ‘equivalent vehicle’. It was not equivalent and I never heard back. Funny enough the driver TJ did say that head office should compensate me but they are hiding behind the terms and conditions. So my advice shop around or read everything before agreeing. Jean

We used Exotic Limo for a large group winery tour and they were fantastic! We highly recommend them for a great day out.

My Daughter celebrated her 10th Birthday Party yesterday in a black hummer limo, what an experience! Exotic Limo made it so special the girls had a ball. The driver was so professional and made that experience so much more than a limo ride. A Birthday we will never forget. Thank you for providing an unforgettable party.
