I recently had the most amazing ride with exotic limo. The customer service was top-notch with Moey being friendly and professional throughout the entire journey and super punctual. I recommend this unforgettable experience.

Had a very pleasant experience, all thanks to Warren who made it happen! We were celebrating our bosses 50th and came face with a few hiccups on the day (nothing to do with Exotic Limo). Warren went over and beyond to accommodate us, delivered superb customer service involving efficient and prompt communication, all in a very friendly manner. He kept us all in high spirits which is SO appreciated and delivered seamlessly when he didn’t have to. Warren is undoubtedly a HUGE asset to Exotic Limo, and because of him, we’ll definitely be return customers. We had a beautiful white stretch hummer which was so clean, vibrant and certainly got us all in party mode. Could not fault one thing! Our driver was lovely, professional and reached our destination with great care (I apologise not remembering the drivers name). All in all, was a wonderful and memorable experience! These guys know what they’re doing! Would give 10 stars if I could. Well done team at Exotic Limo, we are all so thankful. Thanks again Warren, you legend!

I was very very disappointed, booked the Ferrari, rang 5 minutes before picup to be told it had BROKEN DOWN 2 hours beforehand, no text or call to let us know, disappointed for our 9 year old grandson, got Hummer sent instead.

I would like to say a big thank you to Exotic Limo for the fantastic experience we had for my daughter's wedding day. We had the snow white hummer to take us to the ceremony and the gorgeous Mercedes that took us home at the end of the big day.
The drivers were both professional and friendly. I would recommend this limo service to anyone having a special occasion.

Best limousine experience you will get in Melbourne. On time and value for money. Both drivers I had were absolutely 10/10 blokes. No hesitation in using this company again. Old mate knows how to drive the Ferrari for sure.

Red carpet was a hit and Daniel took care of us like king would definitely recommend these guys for future events

We were extremely disappointed for a number of reasons.
-Our limo was waiting at the entrance of the hotel as requested, however it was black. When white was requested as It was for the bride.
-Due to a groomsmen being unwell, he unfortunately vomited in the white limo and we were informed he was charged a $600 cleaning fee.with no receipt or invoice?
On what grounds can you charge this fee when we paid $690 to hire the limo in the first place?
-Not to mention the white limo was extremely dirty. It wasn’t only dirty, it had chunks of mud everywhere.
Regardless of what job the driver had prior.regardless of a dirt road etc, that limo should have been washed prior to picking us up.
It was for a wedding.
And you can’t even wash the limo prior?
Who turns up to a WEDDING in a dirty limo?
Therefore - the photographer was unable to take photos outside of the limo and we were not able to capture the moments we wanted.
Please understand, this was not just a birthday or random event.it was our wedding.
I will credit, we had a fabulous driver (in the black limo)
But all correspondence stated, a white limo.
And If there was an issue and a white limo wasn't available, then you should have provided good old fashion customer service and notified us.
We would like an explanation regarding this situation and an apology.not to mention to be reimbursed.
Because charging us a $600 cleaning fee when your business is not up to standard is absolutely ridiculous.
I have emailed twice and had no correspondence in discussing this matter.

Booked an airport transfer with the exotic limo team last year on ANZAC day. It was a critical booking as I was going to the footy. Timing wise it had to be perfect so I made the game on time. Well, what can I say? ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE. The limo was waiting for me at tullamarine, driver Mo even met me in the arrivals hall and helped me with my bag. Arrived on time at the G. In a STRETCH FARRARI! I may have left the G a loser, but I arrived as an absolute WINNER. All thanks to the exotic limo team. My Mrs made the booking with Tim.
She said it was seamless - Tim took all the worry out of the situation for her and she was very grateful for his professional guidance. I dealt with the other arrangements with Warren. Very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Both these chaps are right on the top their game. High integrity guys. And Warren, when I'm in town next I will take you up on your offer to see the showroom. I accompanied Johnson Turner to the G. Whilst I obviously didn’t leave a loser like he, I too arrived an absolute WINNER.

I booked the pink hummer through this company for my own hens party. Pick up was 20 minutes late. When the driver arrived he spent an extra 5 minutes cleaning the hummer clearing things out. There was no water or soft drinks provided as per the package. The driver was not professional or polite either. If anything we thought he was very rough looking, he looked like a body builder in a tee shirt with gold chain jewellery. He looked like he had a big night out and was running late for work. When I raised it with him about the time of arrival he said traffic he can’t help it. It was 11am pick up on a Sunday, not peak hour. Regardless I think he should have left well in advance to avoid any traffic or road incidents.
Because our drop off was across town we were 15 minutes late to the event and had missed out on part of the show we had booked into. The whole ride was about 50 minutes as opposed to the full hour. The full hour was $695.
I’m giving you 2 stars because the owner of the company has been great to deal with during the booking process and also tried to call me back when I called him at the time saying how unhappy I was but at that moment I was too upset to work anything out. Please see this as constructive feedback. All the best.

So many positive things to say about Exotic Limos. I have used a variety of thier limos and they are always clean and punctual, not to mention their drivers were extremely polite and accommodating my needs. Overall they are extremely reliable and will continue to use their services in the future. Keep up the great work Exotic Limo team.
