Etto Pasta Bar - Elsternwick

Ive come from South Australia for a work trip and this has to be the most disgusting take out pasta I've had. Pasta gogo in Adelaide tops this and is cheaper. The sauce is disgusting, there's no flavour and there's chunks of vegetables in the sauce. Ew. On top of this I paid a total of $52 dollars for two meals just to be thrown out.

Used to be great, now just lazy and dishonest.

Ordered 1 pizza, 1 pasta and a garlic bread at just after 9pm on a Saturday. The restaurant clearly didn’t want to cook the food, so they made up a story for the delivery driver and told him the “food had already been delivered” before deciding to close early for the night.

This is the latest in a series of events where Bar Etto staff have shown they just don’t care (previous issues include poorly cooked meat and missed items in orders.

Honestly I’m done with these guys, it’s just not worth the effort when there is equally good food available elsewhere.

My meal was tasty.the restaurant could create a more gentle lighting.too many lights.very bright.staff were busy but nice

I have ordered three times at this place and all three times my order came wrong. Lack of interest in customers just churning out food.

It is sad cause I had hoped that giving them three separate chances would redeem them. After spending over $100 and getting the wrong food. I think that will be the last time I return. Hopefully other branches are better, the elsternwick branch is utterly shocking with customer service and accuracy of delivery.

Guy taking the order was on another planet. We waited 40 mins to find out they had forgotten our order. And the guy in the kitchen was eating KFC while making the pizzas. Don't bother!

Best Pasta in Elsternwick! And try the truffle chips they are delicious!

Reasonably priced for a restrained portion size. This place is fantastic! Great flavours and always fresh

Got the Amatriciana, the Bolognese della Nona and the Garlic bread, everything was very tasty and pasta was fresh. Recommend for anyone that needs their Italian food fix.

Took an extremely long time for table service. Uber eats is destroying the dining vibe world wide!

Good prices but the lasagne without sauce, too much dough and not enough bolognese. The drinks wasn’t cold and the pizza.nice place but not good enough
