The staff that served me both to pierce my ears and to change my earring over 3 weeks later were friendly, professional and most helpful. I would highly recommend Staff like this are an asset to your business.

Went in for my eyes brows waxed and a light tint, came out very disappointed!
Eyebrows looked horrible and a very very dark tint.

Had my ears pierced today by Gina! She was so kind and took her time to make sure the placements were perfect

I have been coming to Knox Essential Beauty for years and I would highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs. I have told family and friends for years about how good they are. Gina is the lady I see and she is absolutely fabulous at her job. My eyebrows are always perfect. Gina is so friendly and professional. All other staff make you feel welcome when I’m waiting for my appointment. Keep up the great work.

I got my seconds pierced and the girl pierced two holes in my ear, like as in she she pierced my second piercing and also pierced another whole directly below it. Not only didn't tell me she had made a mistake but also tried to cover her tracks and make up a lie about why that side hurt so much. It's so unprofessional and she also charged me full fee. I really hope that the mistake hole heals and doesn't show a scar just because someone wasn't paying attention. Please save yourself the money and don't go here.

Got my seconds pierced here and have had to take it out after 4 months because it NEVER healed! I have had many piercings before and followed post care steps, kept it clean, everything that was recommended I did. I believe it was pierced on an angle or a bad spot. I would not recommend here for a piercing, better off going to Hairhouse Wearhouse, much better and more cost friendly- cost me $80 for seconds here! Absolutely insane! My ear got so infected it would throb, I never healed from the original pierce. So disappointed

Got my 2nds pierced by Lily last week and I could not have asked for a better experience! The entire process was as painless as possible, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. 100% would recommend, great prices and amazing staff

I went in today in the hope that I might be able to get a full leg wax done sometime this morning. Erin informed me that she was able to do my waxing immediately and went off to prepare the room. I have a background in waxing, so I know when the person waxing me is doing a good job. Erin was friendly, quick and thorough. I was using my epilator to do my legs and this was going to be a one off as I get tired of trying to do the back of my legs properly. I think I'll just get Erin to do it from now on. It cost me $49 to get my entire legs done and it was done properly.

I had my Brazilian wax done this morning by a delightful lady by the name of Surani. Friendly and very professional. Without a doubt, the best wax I have had in a very long time.

I had my brows waxed by Sammi the other day. My brows are now neat and tidy.
Great customer service, clean store. Very professional and good prices. I definitely recommend going to Essential Beauty Knox.

Was not happy with the job but the manager called me addressed the situation and I was happy with her rectifying the the problem.

It’s a great place and super friendly staff! But my question is that can i have a nose piercing again because I had a big bump above my piercing for more than months which was not healing at all so i had to remove my piercing to get it healed. But now as it’s healed i want to get it again but scared

My daughter had her second piercing there. Noone explained the pricing to her. She thought it was going to be $32 but ended up being over $60. She was scared and the girl told her to "Not be so silly". (This made my daughter feel even worse). They didn't give her a care sheet UNTIL I went back to purchase the after care spray set which cost another $30. The staff member I dealt with was dismissive. I was NOT impressed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Disgusted.

If I could give this place no stars I would have. The woman serving me and replacing my nose ring was horrid. She aggressively removed my stud. Then proceeded to put the ring in and out 4 or 5 more times before putting a needle in then out for the last time. All while being forceful and aggressive. She had also been holding something in the same piercing hand as it was stabbing me in the lips while she did it. Horrible experience.
