It was my first time getting pierced and it was absolutely one of the best experiences in my life.
I was pierced by Gina and I've been thinking about getting one for so long it was exactly what I thought it would be like.

Went in for a lash lift & tint, left utterly disappointed & upset. The lash lift did nothing, I was told my lashes were too short & that it was pretty much my fault that the lift didn’t take. I paid full price. Called the next day to complain and to demand a refund which they agreed. I had to do the refund over the phone as I’m not from the area, each time I called I kept being put on hold and as soon as someone answered I tried to ask to please not put me on hold again as I had been put on hold for over 35mins throughout the course of the day. I spoke with the manager who finally answered the phone and she was so rude, I asked to please not put me on hold as the phone then was disconnected and she just said firmly “I asked you to HOLD”, I wanted to hang up but I needed my refund and remains to wait another 10mins. Then when she finally took my call & found out it was me (as I had complained to Bridgette) she did not apologise for making me wait or her tone. I only was refunded the lift when I wanted the whole refund of the tint as well as the tint didn’t even take to all my lashes.
Essential beauty took no responsibility, again stating that it’s my fault because my lashes are too short & it didn’t take. I just want to say that I had a lash lift done tonight elsewhere & they have lifted so well, reassured me that all lashes CAN lift. If you guys had taken ownership & said “we’re sorry, we’re out of practice and it didn’t work on you” and not then demanded my money, I wouldn’t be writing this negative review. But there were too many things that just made this experience atrocious. Fair to say I won’t be returning.

I have been seeing Annie for over 12 months now and every waxing experience I have with her is perfect. She really shows that she cares and always reassures me. She is super efficient and always does a fantastic job! I cannot recommend her enough!

Wow! Absolutely wonderful service.
I couldn't get an appointment at my usual salon for waxing and was able to book online with Bridgete at short notice. I was blown away by her level of professionalism and expertise. It was a great relief to get a technician who knew correct techniques for a great wax. All staff were friendly and welcoming even though I hadn't been there before. Pricing was cheaper than my usual salon. I will definitely be visiting again!

Today i booked for a nose ring change over and she did in a calm way… she relax me by saying that ‘if you want you can hold my arm’. Definitely return … super service?

Don’t get your eyebrows waxed here. I took my daughter for eyebrow waxing and some of her skin got waxed off, very sore and red. Not recommended.

I usually book ahead, but they take walk-ins and the wait is usually quick. Very friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable prices. The rooms are very small, but serviceable.

Went and got my eyebrow pierced and was done by Gina and it was a great experience she was lovely and fun would highly recommend going there and I look forward to going back for more piercings. Thanks Gina:) cheers Tim.

Really disappointing service. Did not communicate cost when my daughter went in for second ear piercing and she walked out to a $160 bill. Really significant bruising (which was verified by another piercing salon that this was highly unusual).
Attempts to speak to them over the phone to resolve just resulted in me being spoken over. Really unhappy.

Came in to get my nose pierced and was greeted very nicely by India, she was very professional and guided me through the process very calmly, she proceeded to do the piercing and was very helpful throughout, highly recommended india to anyone wanting services done.

I took my 3yro daughter here to get her ears pierced and the service was amazing! Sadly didn't get the ladies names who did the piercing but they were both great! Made my little girl feel comfortable, did the piercing so quickly that there was little to no tears! She loved her little bear she got to take home too! Plus the bravery certificate was very sweet too.
The service and after-care advice was amazing too.
Sadly few days later we lost an earring at kinder, called up and were booked in that day! Went in, got it repierced and they were yet again fantastic about it!

I'll becoming back for more piercings myself soon!

Came here with my partner and got our ears pierced by Gina! She was sooo kind and thoughtful, and really took the time to make us comfortable and chat with us. Best experience I’ve had with an ear piercing in terms of pain and recovery. All the staff are extremely professional and friendly, the place is very hygienic and there’s a great atmosphere. Will be visiting again!

I had an appointment today at Knox with Gina, She was so kind and professional in her work that I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
In fact from the reception to aftercare information the experience was wonderful.

Pathetic service. I wonder how could they get these many good reviews. The staff is super illiterate. They ruined my eyebrows and still charged me. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

When you get your booking the ladies in there are wonderful and the store is nice clean. However only one lady is able to do daith peircing and every time I book she supposedly has COVID (that's 7 times in the past 18 months each time she is off for a minimum of 3 weeks) it's easier to just go somewhere else

A very enjoyable experience got a spray tan and the staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!

I took my 4yo daughter for her ears to get pierced, first time ever. We were looked after by Gina who was phenomenal. I have a hospitality and customer service background and can recognise great service and professionalism. Gina is an asset to this store; polite, friendly and very good with kids. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone. 10/10!
