I recently had my brows waxed and tinted for my wedding and was so happy with the results.
I have been an intermittent client of essential beauty Epping for a few years and have always been happy with my services. The staff are always professional and do not rush the service, the shop is also clean.

Carolyn is amazing. Always so gentle and caring with all services. I recommend her to everyone!

Basic AF. I guess it really is only the essentials. After waxing staff don't tweeze the hairs they missed. Patchy job on my leg wax. I asked for a Brazilian and ended up with a Hollywood, but there were still stray hairs left over, just in the wrong places. A beautician should know the difference! Imagine going to the hair dresser and asking for a number 2 and getting shaved bald. The stars are for the cleanliness. Bordering on bare. Anyway, Brazilian Butterfly did a waaaay better job

Spoke to Raffaela on the phone about a piercing i was wanting to get, she was absolutely lovely to speak to and was extremely informative!
I will definitely be coming in to get my piercings done by her!

The best place to get your eyebrows waxed among other services as well! I finally found the perfect place to get your eyebrows done the way you want them to look. I have been to so many different places that provide the threading or waxing, but none of those places are good as Essential Beauty.

Especially, huge thanks to Carolyn for her professional service and great experience. I explained to Carolyn that I am trying to grow and recover my eyebrows and she did everything in her power to give me the right advice and wax my eyebrows the way I wanted to.

I just had my 7 year old daughter's ears pierced. She was so excited and nervous at the same time. Rosa was amazing with her, she explained everything and made her feel at ease. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Experienced really poor customer service from one of the employees- Jacalyn. We had decided against getting a piercing there as we did not like the earring options available. After telling her this, she responded by saying we had wasted her time. I believe a customer has every right to refuse against getting something, after all, we are spending our money. Terrible experience

I have been a regular client at this store for 4 years now and have had every therapist, and they are all FANTASTIC! Highly recommend and would not go anywhere else!
