Ramona and Rafaella are lovely ladies who make you feel comfortable and deliver virtually painless waxes.

This was our second time in essential beauty for our ear piercing. First time was wonderful and the staff member was very friendly, that’s why we chose to go again. This time our piercings were done by Rumi. The experience was really bad. She didn’t even talk with us and done the piercings in her own way which we are not really very happy.

Every time I see Rafaella for my waxing, she is friendly and puts me at ease. She is so non judgemental and also nice and fast. It’s always a wonderful experience with Rafaella, and she does the best job of anyone I’ve ever been to.

I always do my eyebrows here and I love all the girls especially Raffaela I trust her completely with the maintenance and transformation of my eyebrows and she does absolutely amazing every time I come. Definitely recommend Essential Beauty epping to all the girls I know if they want amazing service and care.

This shop is so not professional! They were trying to put in my nose piercing WITH HAND and without any tools. The nose piercing ended up going down my throat, and they started arguing with me and refused to give an incident report to me. They said they called up their boss but their behaviour was very unprofessional and rude. They were acting as if that was my fault. This shop does not treat costumers in a professional and nice way, started acting all defensive as if nothing that happened was their fault. I would not recommend this shop, this is such a big medical hazard and the shop didn’t even give me water until like 30 minutes after the incident. The piercing could have gone into my windpipe and they still would’ve acted as if they were not at fault. They told me to go to the doctor but I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend anyone to go this beauty shop. This is not the first time an incident like this has happened, once before my daughters ear piercings got stuck inside her ears and the front side of the ear piercing and they still acted as if they weren’t to be held accountable and we had to go to the emergency department of the hospital. Very bad service overall and would not recommend this shop. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in how they treat their costumers.

Got my bellybutton pierced here. The piercer was fantastic. The piercing room was very clean & they had cute jewellery to choose from included in the price. Great service and it’s healed really well.

I booked my appointment online on the day which was amazing. Rosa was very kind making me feel comfortable with the whole process. The whole thing was done in less than 10 minutes and I was very happy with my piercer.

This is a good earring piercing shop to go to they are really nice people if you want your ears done go there

Not happy with service, I got Brazilian and upper leg waxed, she just done the pat I could see, left the rest, but charged full price,

Booked my 4 year old to have her ears pierced today. Staff were professional, thorough and very friendly to my daughter who was a little bit nervous. They did a fantastic job and explained after-care in detail, would highly recommend them for little kids with being a company that does double applicator for kids.

I came into essential beauty to get my industrial pierced. Rosa was doing my piercing and after going through all the risks and assessing if the piercing was right for me we went ahead and did it. Rosa was fantastic at settling my nerves and helping me feel calm and made the whole process so worth it. Rosa was also friending polite and went beyond for me. I will definitely be returning for any piercing or waxing services!
