I will never attend this clinic again. I attended yesterday for a waxing appointment. The clinician was rushed and distracted, she was rough during my waxing treatment which has resulted in a wax burn under my eyebrow. The phone was answered by her 4 times during my treatment and the manner in which she spoke to other clients was rude.

I came in for a $99.95 lash lift today and was very unhappy with the results, or LACK THEREOF.firstly, while i was waiting for the serum to set in my lashes, the lady went out front to tend to another customer that needed a piercing removed and refused to do that for her, then came in the room to tell ME that “some customers can be really stupid”. Very unprofessional and rude, big red flag.once she had finished with my lashes and taken pictures, she showed them to me and asked if i could see a difference which i honestly responded, no.she then pressed that there is a difference and tried to tell me “i have proof in these photos” (before and after pictures) that look as if they were taken right after each other.the only difference i noticed, was the glue or the serum that was stuck in my eyelashes and on my eyelids that i had to pick out myself with my fingers.she continued to try and convince me that i’m wrong, as if i don’t look at myself in the mirror every day and won’t notice a thing.she said i can’t tell the difference because i didn’t want to pay extra for a lash tint, and that i need to wait 48hrs for it to actually work.i find that to be ridiculous, because a lash lift is like a perm.you don’t go into a salon for a perm, to wait 48hrs for your hair to curl? AND she told me she has 4yrs experience in the business? And was very confident that she knew what she was doing, she told me that i should’ve gone to the previous store i got my lashes PROPERLY lifted, and said that she can only give me a $5 discount JUST TO LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS WHEN I WALKED IN.i will be ringing them tomorrow, as this whole situation caused me an anxiety attack, after i begrudgingly paid and sped out before the young girl waiting behind can witness a traumatic experience.i’m not one for conflict, i never raised my voice at her or cussed her out, but i won’t back down until i get a refund.

I seen Tabby today for my eyebrow wax and tint, she was so lovely, she done a fantastic job, will be booking in with Tabby again

I booked for Brazilian waxing for the first time and Tabby was so professional and made me feel at ease the entire time. Definitely will be coming back in the future, 100% recommend

I got my septum pierced on the 23rd of October, the piercer was nice but she touched all the jewellery without gloves on. She clamped my nose and I expressed concern about it not being correctly placed as it was in the sweet spot. She told me it was fine she couldn’t feel any bone or blood vessels and proceeded to pierce me. Piercing is extremely crooked and pierced in the wrong spot.

I’ve gotten quite a few piercings here, each time i walk away happy and in good hands. I got my second lobe piercings, nose piercing, septum and industrial all done here! I’m always left happy with the placement and each time I’m told how the healing will go and the best ways to heal proper as different piercings take different times and level of care. I got my septum, nose and industrial done by Tabby, she is amazing and always treats me kind and lets me know how to take care! I would definitely recommend this place for any piercing needs, they always take care of customers!

Got 3 piercings in one go here and it was done perfectly and quick had a bit of a laugh too. Customer service from the lady was mint. Cheers.

I come here fortnightly for eyebrow waxing and both Tabby and Nada are always both so lovely to deal with and my eyebrows are always on point!

I saw Tabby this week for a xxx Brazilian wax and an eyebrow tint. Tabby was absolutely wonderful, very professional and very experienced in her work. Lovely to talk to as well! Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be going back again

My friends experience: rude staff.pierced nose on an angle and i went back to get a refund and to show them and they continued to tell me its fine after i spoke to other professional piercers and both said it was on an angle.she was rude and got defensive when i asked her nicely for a refund.she told me shed call me back in s couple of days and when i went in after the phone call and she wasnt listening to me and would not give me a refund when their refund policy says we can get a refund if its not what we expected.when that was mentioned the lady at the front said 'im not talking to you im talking to her.so rude.

Tabby recently done my smiley and both my nipples.i haven’t been able to find a piercer i feel comfortable with as much as i do with her.she done an awesome job on both, very clean and professional.she’s great to have a laugh with too

This franchise operates so poorly. They charge $90 for a septum to be pierced which is $20 more than other stores and I've been trying to get hold of a manager for the last 2 weeks and they just don't call me back regarding a refund. They forced me to take a gift card with $90 after they didn't pierce through the skin and provided poor service. Dodgy dodgy dodgy

Update: 3 weeks and still no call back from the manager despite what the response says below.

Extremely unprofessional and impolite staff. My four-year-old was infected with ear pears. Was to store the second day as my daughter in compliance that it was not fixed properly. The staff refused to take responsibility and assist us. We went into emergency at hospital one week later.

Very disappointed
I yesterday booked online appointment for ear piercing of my 3 month old baby. Then i recieved a text to call them on given number. The lady on call did conform from me. She clearly said yes bring your baby tomorrow at 11: 00am, we do ear piercing for babies. My husband left his job today specially to drive us for appointment and parents definitely understand how hard it is to go somewhere far with baby. As we reached there in time, the lady name nanda started yelling on us. She said we don’t do babies at this time. She was so disrespectful. If they don’t do babies that time, then y they booked me. And instead of appology, she misbehaved. Not professional

Had my second ear lobes done here, super quick and easy. The lady was polite and the piercings were symmetrical. Would use a second time round

Just got my helix double pierced and very happy with the results and how friendly they were through the process. I have also got multiple piercings from this place before and been very happy with the results of those as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone of all ages. They have shown they can provide a great service consistently with good results.

Excellent staff. Go here for my waxing and always a good result. Very accommodating to my needs.

Absolutely horrible service and staff are completely incompetent. This business should not be piercing, I urge you to find anywhere else to go.
