My name isTamara. I'm using my sisters account to write this review. I just had a waxing app with bibi and if i could give more than 5 stars i would. Bibi was absolutely incredible and did a fantastic job as well as being extremely caring and considerate in regards to my physical impairments. She worked with me for a very successful session. Couldn't recommend her more to you all.

The customer service was amazing by both Beth & Caitlin (hope I spelt their names right) Both ladies were super helpful and efficient and I felt very comfortable with Beth, that she would be able to confidently pierce my belly without any dramas! Super happy with my service today!

I went for a wax service and came out & got charged $101.55 I even asked Bibi if that’s the right price and she said “ yes management put the prices up” when I got home and double check online I was only meant to pay $63! Went back and asked her why you ripped me off and she’s like oh I wax your arm when she didn’t, trying to get her self out of the lie…. Got my money back but never going back there again!

Went in for a triple x. Bibi was my consultant, she double dipped the wax. I advised she cannot do it. She didnt understand why. I told her to stop the wax immediately as I was so grossed out by the fact that a customer is telling her about contamination. I reported it to head office who advised they would offer me a voucher, which I have not received and it has been about 6 weeks. Beth was lovely as was the manager of the store who settled me down. Bibi.

Update: I was contacted by essential beauty HQ and was asked to come back in and have a free piercing service by their most experienced piercer. The store has recently been taken over as a company store and I can assure you the level of professionalism and care factor is significantly better. Both ladies I spoke to were abundantly helpful and genuinely cared about helping me decide on placement and jewellery. Rebecca is an amazing piercer and I will definitely return to the store now. Very happy with my service and looking forward to my helix being healed.

Previous franchise owner: I went to Essential Beauty for two cartilage piercings which I was super excited for, I've had a lot of piercings and never once have I had one reject as I always take great care of them. During the service I was concerned by the piercer wanting to use 2x horse shoe bars one directly above the other as that's where the piercings were. I raised my concern of them potentially getting tangled in eachother and I was told that they only do this piercing with the horse shoe. So as they are the professions I let them do as they suggested. Weeks following, the two bars continuously got tangled and pulled on eachother all day long so I went into the store to explain and I was told they wouldnt touch it til I believe she said 6 - 12 months after being pierced even though there was great concern for them resulting in splitting my ear. While at fountain gate I went to Skin Candy who removed them for me as there was no way to save them. I got photos taken and took them into Essential Beauty assuming I would receive a refund for poor service but instead I offered a small discount if I came back after the spot healed to get them done again and was told I should have gone to them before removing and absolutely no care factor regarding the fact that would have caused damage to my ear by splitting through the skin. I am highly disgusted by the service I received and the lack of care factor for my wellbeing. I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend going here.
A total waste of $100.and MONTHS of recovery
It's taken me a while to post this review as I'm not someone who likes conflict but I believe it's the right thing to do to warm people prior to going there and to give the owner some insight as to the service level.

Amazing experience with Bibi doing my eyebrows and side burn wax, aswell as an eyebrow tint. My brows have never looked better I highly recommend bibi!

Took my 6 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced today. The staff were amazing with her and ran us through every step and provided thorough information in after care. Thank you for making this experience run as smooth as possible.

I went there with my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The first lady I spoke to told me to wait till 11 when 2 staff are on. So I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for this rude staff member to come in at 11 and then be told she refuses to peirce my daughters ears because she wasn't ready. My daughter was happy and smiling and kept telling the lady she wanted her ears peirced. The lady rejected us. I have called around and everyone is absolutely disgusted when I told them how we was treated. There was other customers there that was shaking there head as this rude worker who barely spoke English. I've never felt so disgusted and poorly treated in my life let alone my poor daughter who then cried the hole way to the car when I had to tell her the lady wouldn't peirce her ears.
Management needs to sort there customer service out and fire that person.

I got the eyelash and eyebrow tint with eyebrow waxing, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had.

Bibi graciously served me today and made the whole experience calm and relaxing, in fact she promptly lowered the lights to allow a quick afternoon nap after I said I could fall asleep to this! The entire time she ensured that she tailored to my preferences in terms of shape, style and colour. Other clinics would make my eyebrow shade much darker than my hair colour which made them look like caterpillars, but Bibi made them perfectly sculpted and colour matched perfectly with my dirty blonde shaded hair.

Amazing and friendly customer service! 100% a recommendation and found my perfect salon today!

Had my belly re pierced after a very long time and a healed scar. She was fast professional and accurate. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Staff was rude. I went to get an ear piercing and the lady told me to hurry up and choose which earring I wanted as the client after me was waiting. Later she said its not the end of the world if I don't like the stud as I can change it in 6 weeks. I ended up paying more than $50 (with the spray) to get one normal lobe piercing done. Not worth it.

Update: I called them the next day because my ear became infected the next day and they told me there is nothing they can do. They were angry that I posted a review and told me that I shouldn't have posted it.

Very rude manager. Very unprofessional and very filthy salon. The salon shouldn’t even be operating. They reuse disposable wooden wax spatulas on different clients and double dipped the same spatula in the wax pot…Yuck! It is how people get deadly diseases infected without even knowing what they did wrong. I hope health department investigate that and I hope the owner gets good fine and that salon should close down.

I was scared to do piercing but eventually I ended up to do 3 piercings one after another and I am super excited and happy with my new piercings. Great service in a very busy time.

I love this place, the staff are just lovely, really make you feel comfortable (I'm usually self conscious getting a Brazilian wax) but they're very professional and really wonderful.
Tabby is my waxer and she is fantastic.
