Friendly staff and very good doctor. They make you feel like home. The reception staff, nurses, GP all are wonderful and keep you well informed of upcoming appointments, test results etc.

I have visited Dr Sood over the past few years. Making an appointment is easy as you can do so online and see all available options. The waiting times are never long as Dr Sood seems to always run on time. The staff are professional and I never feel I am being encouraged into taking unnecessary medication.

I have been attending this clinic for the last couple of years and Dr Divya Sood has always had a really helpful and professional approach!

I recently moved to Essendon and have visited this clinic 3 times. Each time I have required an appointment (including today) at short notice and they have managed to squeeze me in. Dr Divya Sood is kind and listens to any concerns I have. She is a proactive health professional. The administrative staff are also lovely and approachable.

Been seeing Dr. Sood since we moved to the area and never looked back. It’s great to have a GP who actually makes you feel comfortable on you visit and never rushes you during the appointment.

Dr Sood has cared for my family and myself for the past four years (initially, at a family friend’s recommendation), managing some family members’ complex conditions. Dr Sood is an excellent family doctor, she provides individualised ongoing care (and thankfully, this is not one of those in and out fast-food-type-medical-super-clinics where you never see the same doctor twice). Dr Sood and her team of staff are professional, and include practice nurses, with other allied health services onsite (even pathology). Dr Soon identified a very serious health issue on my first visit – and without exaggeration – she saved my life. Thank you Dr Sood, from myself and my family.

Dr Divya Sood, in particular, is very caring and supportive and always keen to listen and offer her professional medical advice.
