Excellent clinic with very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. My daughter Sahana had been very nervous but the staff made her feel very welcomed.overall very clean and set out well. Would recommend!

Went in there with the flu yesterday and the gp didnt even ask to swab me to test for covid or influenza- my own original doctor would have done this on the spot however they were booked out unt Sat.
I then went to go bak in the following day, and they tried to charge another booking fee for a swab test - appaling customer service from whoever is running this practice.
First they notified me twice there would be no charge, then phone me right before the appointment to say they will be charging. Appalling, would never go back.

After getting Covid I was worried about long term effects and wanted to avoid if possible. I had a Vitamin C infusion, and also nearly finished my treatment of NAD+. I've definitely noticed an increase in energy levels - less lethargic and also more focuses mentally.
I'd previously had vitamin infusions, but they were much more expensive than those at this clinic.
The team is very professional and caring.

Dr Sood is fantastic. I've been meaning to find a new doctor for a while and I'm so glad I've found her. She's kind, listens to me and has a friendly approach in everything we discuss. The nurse onsite is also so lovely and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

Jet-lagged from Canada, I stumbled into Essendon Family Medical Clinic feeling like a dazed moose. The service was top-tier, the doctor and nurse were maestros, and the conversation? More engaging than a hockey final!

They hooked me up with a NAD vitamin infusion - the ultimate pick-me-up. Felt like they infused me with kangaroo energy, I was hopping with vigour in no time!

Doctors are great. Nurse and staff are friendly. Prices of service are reasonable. The atmosphere is welcoming and you will always be seen at your appointment time. Highly recommended.

Always had great experience at Essendon Family Medical Clinic. Dr. Sood and her staff are very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait for more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. I really appreciate how Dr. Sood take her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Doctor’s demeanour has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I’ve been attending this clinic now for three years since moving to Essendon. Dr Sood, Nurse Sheila and the reception staff are so professional, caring and responsive. I’m so glad I found them!

I’ve attend the clinic twice now and both times have been treated with the best care, the nurses were very empathetic and attentive, I like that the clinic isn’t chaotic and your seen on time:)

Love this clinic. Principal GP Dr Divya Sood and her team are fantastic and are always super thorough and so friendly. I still come here even though I’ve moved away. My appointments always run on time, the clinic is beautiful and super clean. I’ve seen another male doctor here and both of them are great. I’ve never felt silly or embarrassed, even when I have asked very private request.

I've found the Essendon Family Medical clinic to be very professional in their dealings with me. They also have a very freindly staff that are very welcoming. I'm very happy with there service.

One of the best medical centres in the area, well priced and extremely friendly. My new go to when I'm sick.

My son started to feel unwell last night, I tried to book our usual GP but she was booked out till two weeks later. The other doctor at our usual clinic is very dismissive and most of the time extremely rude.
I found this family clinic and saw all the good reviews. I really was impressed with the services I received, from reception, nurse and the doctor, everyone was professional and caring. Especially the doctor, she was thorough and caring. Highly recommend it to families who just want a reliable GP who listens and cares and tries to help make you feel better.

Nurse and receptionists are very lovely, the building is also nice however the female doctor was rude and dismissive. Won't be returning

This is a spectacular medical clinic. Dr Divya Sood is an amazing GP, one of the best I have come across. She was very polite, considerate and kind. I was treated very well compared to other clinics and felt like I was being treated as a human being instead of a customer
