26Manjot is lovely. She makes you feel really comfortable during your appointment. And by the time you leave, you feel really relaxed with a new outlook on life. Would recommend to everyone.
I can not speak highly enough of Manjot and my experiences at Essence Ayurveda. Since my very first visit in 2019 every season has been a beautiful and healing experience. I have learned so much about myself and released negative thoughts and habits I’ve had for years. I firmly believe that you find the people you need at the time you need them and for me Manjot was that person. Emotionally I was at one of the lowest points in my life and was stressed out to the point I’d had a tension headache for 2 months. My first treatment was Shirodhara and it was exactly what I needed. My headache went and I began a beautiful journey of healing body and soul.
I would honestly say Manjot is the best Reiki practitioner I personally have every met. She is not only a beautiful human being but a talented and kind practitioner who always seem to know exactly what to say and what advice to give.
If you want to give yourself a beautiful gift take yourself here for a treatment I guarantee you won’t regret it️

I thought I needed to treat myself with a visit here for a massage after a terrible 2020. It is an overall experience not just a massage, and I left feeling amazing, not just for my body but also for my mind, and it kept on giving when I came home had the best sleep I have had in at least 6 months. I have been before but had forgotten how amazing Manjot is, I highly recommend any of her services. 2021 I will be treating myself for regularly.:)
Manjot is a beautiful person inside and out experiencing her massages is not to be missed! She also has an incredible healing ability.
