Had a really great initial consultation with one of the students at Essence Ayurveda. I practice yoga regularly so I've been interested in exploring Ayurveda for a while, and also as a way to try and resolve some longstanding digestive issues. They conducted a very thorough assessment of my diet, circumstances, lifestyle, daily routine, and family history to get a full picture of my physical and mental health. The team were super friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I'm looking forward to reading the follow-up report to find out what their assessment is and I plan to make some follow-up appointments.

Excellent remediation. I have been going to Chiro for over a month but without any success. Just 1 session with Essence alleviated most of the issues. Highly recommend them.

I have had three meetings now with Manjot and she is absolutely amazing. She has helped me work through some challenges in the most gentle, empathetic and positive way. I had a full body massage and it was such a lovely experience having 2 practitioners working on me and being held in their light & joyful heart energy. I had my health issues addressed and was guided and supported very powerfully to overcome what I was experiencing and holding energetically in my body. I could feel all the stagnant energy moving and clearing afterward. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful oil massage and healing session with Manjot, she is a highly skilled and intuitive healer, who picked up on many issues I was going through emotionally and physically. Manjot provided great insights and guidance, and applied the right amount of pressure on pain points which relieved a lot of discomfort I was in. A friend of mine has been raving about Essence Ayurveda for a good few years, after giving my daughter a massage voucher to go recently I decided to book in for an appt as well. The space is welcoming and the staff are so friendly. I booked an intuitive healing session with Manjot. The session was so good, nurturing, and supportive and as Manjot used her own incredible intuitive skills she supported me to take many deep breaths, listen to my own intuition and unravel alot of tension.i will definately be going back for some follow up sessions to help my wellbeing.

Had a fantastic Indian head massage workshop with Manjot. Went with some friends, met the gorgeous staff, had some yummy indian chai and snacks, learnt about ancient Indian healing techniques, had lots of laughs and learnt a new skill.
