Pina and her team at E&S in Prahran deliver an absolute first class service. Honest advice, excellent pricing and Pina bent over backwars to make us happy. I have had previously dealings in the past with other E&S stores, but the experience I had at this location was a stand out positive experience.

Doing a big house build is a stressful process, but having honest help from Pina made the process easy for us. We ended up buying all of our appliances, and bathroom gear all at a great price.

Believe me, dropping big cash on appliances is always stressful. But if I am going to spend 20k on appliances, bathroom fittings and stuff for my new house - I want service and first class help/advice. That is exactly what the team here delivered. I really cant fault them. Pricing was also very sharp.

The after sales support is also excellent. We have had to make a few changes to the products we ordered before delivery, and it has been no problem at all they have been very accommodating to update our order and deal with suppliers for us. Thanks Pina and team.

Worst customer experience. Phoned to purchase ex-display washing machine and dryer three days ago. I asked sales assistant if products were still available and she said yes. I said I'd like to buy them and enquired if E&S could store items until we need to install. Initially I had been told this was "definitely ok" - but wanted confirmation as I doubted the sales assistant not checking to make sure. Followed up today for an answer, as I hadn't received call / email, despite being told I would and sales assistant said she'd get back to me (no apology for the delay). I reiterated that I wanted both products and didn't want to miss the sale price. Received an email tonight with no apology, to say they had sold the machines two days ago.

Aside from this appalling customer service, I had also asked sales assistant to provide some comparison models of integratable, french-door fridge freezer (gave an example of an F&P model I'd seen and had a quote for) so there was comparison. I gave sales assistant a budget to work within and after chasing the information today, the email came back with the fridge I said I'd already seen - only more expensive than her colleague had quoted us.

I had also asked for some comparisons on semi-integrated dishwashers between $1500-2000 and sales assistant came back with one meile option (without any particular details about the model she proposed) - nothing to compare it with.

Completely underwhelmed by the lack of customer care and attention to detail. I would never recommend E&S Trading to anyone. Go to a competitor to get sharper product knowledge and better customer experience.

Would have to be the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced they tell you your tap will be a couple of days to get in and 2 weeks later when you call to find out where it is they still can't tell you and don't return calls.

Definitely try another company worst first experience i have ever encountered.

We had a great experience at E&S, we've been doing a major renovation and we got all of our kitchen appliances from them.
They were courteous and prompt when responding to queries and were able to provide valuble advice about the features of the different brands of appliances. Best of all they had the best prices.
Once we'd paid for the appliances they're were also able to hold onto the appliances until they're needed which means they're secure and don't need to be stored on the building site.
