Ok, listen up, those that know me, know I say it as it is. I had the pleasure of dealing with RIchard from the Prahran store in Victoria. The service is outstanding, I mean to a great level and expertise. Did I get the E&S Feeling? Absolutely I did. I would not hesitate to calling E&S at for any future goods. I went to the Prahran store to buy a refrigerator. I looked at fridges for sometime and it wasn’t till I was walking out a male employee came up. I mentioned a couple of things that surprised me and he thought it would be good customer service to ridicule me, that wasn’t enough he had to repeat it in a loud voice to the two girls sitting at a table behind the washing machines and asked what did they think. I wasn’t expecting that from E&S as I thought they were customer focused. I walked out and have never been back.

What other Appliance Store? E&S is the only Appliance Store I would ever recommend to anyone to visit. Top quality customer service, would price match even online stores and just would not stop surprising with how much they value their customers.

See it for yourself you'll never set foot on Harvey Norman or TGG ever again.

Outstanding service. I have had issues with two washing machines bought through E&S and they have gone above and beyond to help. My Miele washing machine broke within two months of purchase and Miele were extremely rude and unhelpful. E&S have arranged a temporary washing machine due to the long service wait for Miele. If I hadn’t bought the appliance through E&S this would have been a nightmare. Thank you so much for looking after your customers.

I've never been into this store, but I found a fridge I liked on their website and called the store to order it. Pina took my order and gave exceptional service. The price of the fridge was lower than several other competitors. They delivered the fridge 2 days later (for FREE, and within the 2 hour window they had promised the day before), took away the packaging, and took away my old broken fridge. The delivery guys were great and gave me a number in case I needed any further support for my purchase. It truly was a flawless purchasing experience. I certainly intend to make future purchases from this store - I wish all stores were like this. Also, I am very happy with my new Westinghouse fridge, worth every cent so far.

Atrocious after sales service. Took months to replace a broken appliance. Now another we have another one leaking water all through the house and they’ll think about auctioning it next week.

Simply amazing service right through from Richard in sales to delivery and installation of my washing machine by Ben and his colleague. Ordering white goods is usually a daunting process but the team made sure I knew the difference between the products I wanted and made sure they were compatible with my dryer even though they didn’t need to. I’d highly recommend shopping here and I’ll definitely be back for more appliances when needed!

This is the best electrical appliance store in Melbourne - FACT. You will receive first class, personalised service without any spin or pressure. Prices are competitive but more importantly transparent, no horse trading. Delivery, installation and after-sales service is outstanding and the team will get out of their way to make sure your needs are met. It's a family run business, can you can tell. If you're smart, you won't go anywhere else in Melbourne. If this place sold socks I'd probably buy them from here.

In my opinion there is absolutely no point using E and S Prahran … poor communication.poor follow up.the most frustrating appliance centre ever.wrong things listed on the invoice or not ordered properly from their suppliers even after paying a several thousand dollar deposit. Sales guy never returned phone calls.wrong model delivered

My very recent experience with E & S Trading store Prahran was faultless! My consultants name is Jemma and Jemma went above and beyond in finding items I needed to purchase quickly, and the store also does price matching which we all know these days companies should be doing.
I highly recommend if you want efficient, quality and friendly service go to this store.

My partner and I had a very informative and pleasant experience buying a refrigerator and washer from Andrew Wild. He helped us make educated decisions and was patient as we decided which appliances would work best for us. This was after we had a very unpleasant experience the day before at the same store with a different sales representative, but I am happy to say that the management at E&S Prahran seems to have a good foundation because the manager listened to my negative feedback, apologized profusely, and recommended us to Andrew.
