Equilibrium Sports & Spinal Clinic: Glen Iris Osteopath, Pain & Injury Treatment

I can't rate Equilibrium expertise and their shockwave treatment for plantar fasciitis enough. I had previously suffered from PF for over a year, after other failed treatments. If you suffer from PF or heel spurs, go see them. Shockwave is slightly painful but the PF disappeared immediately, and I mean IMMEDIATELY. I still have 3-4 sessions remaining.

I have been seeing Adam for a few months now, he has been amazing to work with to help correct my back and now my shin splints whilst not missing out on my sport. Would highly recommend!

Came here after experiencing excruciating lower back pain (partly related to WFH). Adam suggested dry needling which provided instant pain relief - only one session in and I was already feeling so much better.

Subsequent sessions had Adam helping me learn about proper posture and doing exercises to help with my lower back. He was always super knowledgeable and had great advice about how to work safely from home.

Not knowing what to expect anymore visiting various places for the same reason but poor delivery. This time I must say I started seen good results from Adam, with the right combination of exercises and treatment my shoulders and the rest feels much better now.
