I'd been nursing an injury for close to 6 months. I worked with another physio and If anything I was going backwards. Kieran constructed a rehab plan and after 3 visits i was close to 100% recovery. He is a gun. Very knowledgeable and pragmatic approach that aligned with my exercise routines. Highly recommend!

Couldn't recommend this place more. Sarah was great at communicating to me why I was experiencing pain and provided a personalised treatment plan on how to treat it.

Kieren has been tending to my injury over the past two weeks and he has been terrific. He was great at identifying and diagnosing my initial injury and has given me exercises to help me in my recovery. These have helped already and we are on track to return to the field and meet our goals.

I can't recommend Kieren highly enough! I came to him after a back injury at the gym unable to do any lower body workouts without extreme pain, and within a few sessions the pain had already lessened so much. Fast forward a few months and I'm completely pain free and working out at full capacity again. He's also super friendly and very passionate about what he does.

Shock wave treatment.
I was suffering from the pain in my foot for more than 5 months, before coming to your clinic. I would like to express my gratitude to Gary for the treatment of plantar fasciitis by shock wave therapy. Following the treatment, our family went overseas for a holiday and I was initially concerned that I may not be able to walk long distances and participate in all the excursions in Spain and Italy that we had planned. However, I completely forgot about the pain and that I was unable to walk for quite some time and ended up having a wonderful time on our holiday, with lots of walking!

Sarah has been a great help guiding me through repair work to my lower back initially, then a damaged shoulder caused by a snow skiing fall. I have no more back pain, thank goodness, and my shoulder is coming along very well. I will continue the exercises given to me by Sarah and if I run into any more body troubles I will be back to see her! Chris.

This clinic is great, the staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. Ive been seeing Gary for an extended period of time and have had great results, better movement and less pain! Could not fault them. Their rooms are generously sized and always clean& tidy. Variety of treatment plans available. Parking is easy too - Would highly recommend them.

Gary has worked wonders on my lockdown-weary shoulders, neck and hip. His treatments are fantastic and he doesn't send me home with a long list of exercises to do that I know I'll never get to, but gives me practical tips and helpful advice to fit around my busy lifestyle. Highly recommended.

Great Clinic - I’ve seen Adam Chew a number of times and love the way that he is able to understand your exercise patterns and goals, assess your current issues and put together rehab programs that enable you to keep on training during your rehab process.

Gary is excellent! He made the pain go away in the session, he was great at explaining how to treat my issue and at demonstrating exercises that I need to do (he sent videos and written explanations as well). Also, I never wait more than a minute when I arrive. I highly recommend this business.
