The guys at Eporo are magic! While out for lunch I noticed a streak of ink on my trench coat. I honestly thought it would be impossible to get out but somehow they managed to remove it and I couldn’t be happier.

Carlos came highly recommended to me when all other attempts at saving my favourite pink corduroy pants had failed - even after I had probably made this stain worse by taking it to my local dry cleaners (who had had no success), and then trying myself at home, before sending them interstate (no less!) to Eporo!

Carlos' understanding kindness, humour, and attention to detail was evident from the first phone call, and he had my unwavering trust when I posted my pants onto him in Melbourne. Carlos kept me informed every step of the way, calling when the pants arrived and again through each stage of their rescue process.

The only problem Carlos had was that the pants didn't fit him!

I can't believe I now have to tell people my go to dry cleaner is actually interstate, but no one else is ever taking care of these pants!

Easily the most friendly and accommodating dry cleaning service I’ve encountered! Could not recommend more highly

Wow, these guys are amazing. My backpack had gotten moldy and no one else would touch it. It was a tricky job, lots of pockets and pen holders and the like. Carlos and team took the job, and cleaned the bag thoroughly and the price was good!

Took my sports jacket to get dry cleaned with pocket square attached, received the jacket back minus the pocket square. The owner proceeded to tell me that I hadn’t brought the jacket in with a pocket square and if I did, it’s my responsibility to tell him that it’s there!
He said he never loses anything, but in the same sentence shows me a basket of pocket squares that were left behind from other garments that he dry cleaned! ‍️
Also, was given one price when I brought it in and another when I collected it!
It’s not about the pocket square which has a value of $20, or the $5 extra he charged from the quoted price… it’s about the dishonesty and lack of accountability!
Would never return to this dry cleaner, he isn’t genuine and a lying crook!

I split some red wine on my dress, and they did a fantastic job at removing all the stains! The dress came back brand new!

Unfortunately had a similar experience here to others when having wedding dress dry cleaned. $500 (!) and still one stain left - as it happens I've just had it cleaned a second time after wearing and they've removed that stain and it was significantly cheaper (less than half the price), faster, and they hung it in such a way that the train didn't get wrinkled in the bag. Not worth the money for a wedding dress unfortunately, would look elsewhere.

You couldn’t ask for better service. Carlos remembers your face and name, even if you haven’t been in for months. They get the job quickly and to perfection. I have now taken in several doonas covered with coffee stains and pet fur, cream rugs that were almost black and they have come back like new. Super white and bright. I barely recognised them and they don’t have that gross chemical smell a lot of places have. I have even taken in shoes that needed to be fixed and they did a great job with them too. I would recommend these guys over and over again!

Carlos is amazing. I have a vintage Pierre Cardin silk shirt I never wore due to sweat stains. He suggested we dye it black. It turned out better than I could imagine. Also, my partner needed his new suit hemmed which he did an outstanding job. Now I am making a pile of clothes I have kept but not worn due to them not fitting. Can’t wait to get them all altered.

Carlos provides a wonderful service. A special, pale coloured jacket of mine, was terribly stained with work grime, and he was able to dry clean and get all the stains out and brighten up the fabric so it looked as good as new - thank you, Carlos! Highly recommend. They also have excellent customer service, and are very friendly.
