After sales service is pathetic they replying window in 7 days after purchase my subcribtion I could not able to log in to my account

It's a cheater company. Be very careful. I signed a month, but I withdrew my money for 10 months. No detailed instructions were sent. The one-year contract is $198. But he withdrew $297 (10month) without saying anything. I have never signed a monthly contract. The contract has never been sent to me. I have never been advised to withdraw money. He said he couldn't give money because he asked for it.

Many very very old items listed which are non-responsive. How about culling old rubbish so we don't waste time and money buying unsupported items.
Many current products have zero support, for example Go Pricing. And no response from Envato. Just check the comments.
You pay good money for products and end up stuck with items that do not work and have zero support.

I bought software from this company. Unfortunately, it was only after the purchase that you could see during the installation that you need an unsafe PHP setting for the installation, which I cannot make with my provider. Not recommendable! Hands off!

I trust Envato's refund mechanism

The whole Envato team, especial Ernest and Andie, really did an excellent work in settling my refund request for a broken plugin. I now feel more assured about Envato’s consumer protection policy.

I have been a loyal customer and purchased many products from Envato and the developers who create products for their site. My latest transaction i purchased a product that stated ' NO PLUGINS REQUIRED '. Once i started using it i found that it required a PLUGIN that costs $199. I put a dispute through on Paypal and as soon as i did my ENVATO account was then BLOCKED by them. Basically they are saying, unless you close the dispute you no longer have access to all your downloads. This is not good business practice and sadly for them unless i receive a follow up apology i will not use their service again. If you're a company hosting other peoples products and taking payment on behalf of them then you need to be accountable when the products are not as advertised. You need to be accountable and simply blocking accounts is terrible business practice.

Bad customer service and scam people with they stupid themes.no response to my emails and refused for a refund, keed as far as you can from they site, ripe me off and broken my entire site with they theme.

Nice themes but super slow service. I have a theme that I purchased by accident and they did not get back to me and ended up locking me out of my account becuase I disputed it on paypal. Im stuck with them now but I would have chosen another company. Be warned these guys have horrible customer service.

Thieves who steal money with broken products. Removes reviews on their products if the sellers pay. Hated by anyone they sell too. Avoid this company. There is certain place in hell for people who do what they do.
