Scammers.
If you have any problem, forget about getting support. Because the support is fake. Don't waste your money.

Rubbish onseller of themes and plugins. They don't guarantee anything they sell so if you buy something that doesn't work they refuse to help you. AVOID

They are absolutely scammers.wanted to return a theme and plugin. I asked them to refund my money.but they gave me credit. They say I can buy things on credit. Well, I don't want a loan. I want my money. This bullying is trying to give you credit even if you don't want it. They are definitely scammers.

Awful customer service. Lock people accounts for no reason. Always on sellers side not on buyers side. Doesn’t even go on customers side at all. Need to learn how to give proper assistance.

They are freak.do ot buy anything from them they are doing scam.they will lock your account as soon as you make the purchase.and do not respond your support emails.

I feel that you stole my money. A 16 dollar monthly subscription turned into a 198 dollar withdrawal from my business account. I can't do anything with this product and the average person cant.a skam if you ask me.

This company is not impartial. Envato removes all low rated reviews to benefit only Authors to earn more money! And if you complain at support they tell many fake histories like "your review not meet Envato policy" but they not tell you what policy you are infringing, because it's not true! They told that the company not "censor" nobody, but exclude all low rated reviews! And other things;

Customer reviews are the most important thing at the time of purchase and avoid many future problems. If you have read the reviews and do not feel safe to buy a template you buy another template from another author. How the hell are you going to get a real sense of the quality of a product that has a 100% rating and the company makes a point of deleting all the low reviews that in practice are the most important?

This company contradicts itself by doing the opposite of what it says!
For this reason the concept of this company and credibility fell a lot in my concept.

They are thief. They close my account for no reason and they don't give my money back. You should get rid of this thief company!

I bought a Wordpress theme advertised as Elementor theme/design (my favorite web-designer software). Unfortunately it was a WPBakery theme. Asking for a refund, they started a long winding discussion. First Envato forced me to discuss the problem with the theme author in Bangladesh who was totally unwilling to see the problem. Only after a while Envato was willing to talk with me. But instead of giving a refund, they sparked a long reluctant non-technical nonsense discussion not tackling the actual problem. And Yes, never ever they will refund your payment.the theme author appears to be a cash and so they stick to the author. Negative ratings reporting problems on the Envato theme author's site are deleted right away, so the Wordpress theme and the author has only excellent ratings.so the rating of themes/authors is totally wrong and not trustworthy at all. And if you dare to address PayPal, Envato treathens to close your account and all your already paid stuff is no longer available.
In short, they do not work in harmony with EU business moral standards.

Unfortunately, Reaching a representative is absolutely impossible. I also have been ripped off by this company.

I changed my debit card number Bank of America and they we’re still able to withdraw funds from my bank (over$300).

I spoke with the bank they suggested that even after changing my debit card due to fraudulent activity. I close my entire account and start over fresh. Oh my goodness what a hassle! I can’t wait for the phone call, email or letter asking me to be part of a class action lawsuit against these rip off artists!

I purchased a theme from these folks for my Wordpress website and it did not work at all. Help was ridiculous to obtain as they only act as sellers of these products and do not support them. They tell you to contact the authors of the theme through their website which is not only cumbersome, but responses take days and are not real time. Going back and forth like this is exhausting and provides ZERO help.

After being unable to contact anyone directly and get a refund, I went to my credit card company who refunded my money and disputed the charge with Envato.

An awful experience all around. Read some of the other reviews here and avoid this company.

What is going on, do we have to bring a class action case to quit a subscription.which could ruin the company.i have tried for 2 month to reach someone.the phone number doesn't work. WHAT IS UP ENVATE? STEAL MONEY MUCH? !? ! I GIVE YOU NO STARS!

Why is it so hard to fix something so simple!

your costing me money at 100X zoom.my website is not stretched to the full page and the categories is underneath each other.iv'e sent so many emails I've paid so much money and 12 months support for what!? When you go to 110 times zoom my website is perfect so why can i have this at 100x zoom like everyone else I am thinking to have lawyers involved.due to breach of the contact.you are costing me money I have had 4500 to my sites they all said the some thing my site looks cheap! Scam scam scam! Stay away! My partner just checked his account and realised that Envato had taken 3 payments out of his credit card. $350 in one day. We've never heard about this company before today. We called the bank to report the fraud and they told us it's a complete SCAM! They tried to take money 5 times in total. 3 times yesterday and twice today!

It’s terrible service. I wanna refund cause I bought wrong product. They told me we r haven’t heard back from you.
I already wrote many email to you and already wrote refund detail, but they still didn’t want to help me.
