the process of the energy globes.

Friendly approach, friendly service, but required them to come back next day as there was a problem with 2 bedside lamps, rang spoke to a person, said they would call me back, no callback. Rang 2 days later, left message asking them to call me back, still waiting for a call back, and I still have problems with my lamps. Not impressed and I don't recommend

Absolutely super quick and efficient! The guys work during weekends and do everything for you as opposed to some other companies out there which only work during the week and would request you to count the bulbs of each type before they even come out!

Very fast and efficient electrician. New globes are great, they are lovely and bright. Better than our old ones!

Energy Educators deserve a massive pat on the back from the original sales consultant that originally came to my house who was polite and had great knowledge all the way to the professional electrician who came and installed my new lights. A big thanks to the whole team!

Absolutely fantastic service, best of all it is a VIC government initiative to provide households with LED lights (a MASSIVE upgrade from standard incandescent light globes including savings of hundreds of dollars a year) as well as a free 'super-smart' meter which is a little device in your smart meter which allows you to check your energy usage with a tap of a button - it includes real time and historical usage and provides suggestions. Thank you for the great service!

We were very satisfied with the globes changeover today. Paul the person changing over the globes was very thorough and professional, as was Lucie the person photographing the fittings. It was a very smooth changeover.

Friendly, efficient electrician came by today and looked after us very well. Even replaced some bulbs that I didn't think would be included. Glad that it's reducing greenhouse gases but also looking forward to seeing if it makes a difference on the bill.

Excellent service right from the first introduction to getting the lights changed. Highly recommended

Troy arrived on time. He checked the compatibily of the transformers, confirmed with his boss it was ok to proceed. We counted the lights. He tested yhe first installation then Troy proceeded to replace all the Halogen lamps that were connected and working. Troy worked efficiently and effectively. He is polite and communicates well. We are very pleased with his work.

We were also pleased ith the way Olivia organised the apppointment time. She was informative about the procedures, and handked my questions effectively.

My kitchen globes where a different shape and already energy efficient now i need to by the right globes to put back in there at 17.90 each. The lights are now far to bright and one even flickers
