I'm happy with the service and installation. There was a bit of confusion with the appointment time which was not the fault of the electrician. He agreed to return at the correct time but was held up elsewhere so admin called to let me know. I appreciate that because often you're left hanging without an update. When the electrician arrived (I think it was John) the work was carried out efficiently and quickly.

Thank you. Robert who installed all my light bulbs was friendly and professional. Robert also explained the difference why we need to change to LED bulbs.

The guys who installed the led replacement were fantastic. Came on time, replaced the halogens pretty quick and they were very knowledgeable & friendly as well.

The team of 3 who came today were terrific. Punctual (a little bit early), friendly, fast & efficient. One of the team members must have had a built in mini ladder on his feet - he could reach the globes in the ceiling fittings with ease!

The Service was impecable. The electrician came on time, checked all the globes that qualified for replacement and did the job. Quick and clean. Can’t wait to see my next electricity bill. Some of the globes were from the last century. Bravo!

Very helpfull Anthony changed all my globes to the new economical digital globes all the rooms are brighter and am looking forward to cheaper power bills. Thank you.

Electrician was a good guy, efficient but arrived unannounced at 11.45am
2 hours earlier. Given Friday's no show and no call (I had to call to see if he was coming - apparently in an accident this no show)
In both cases as a customer I would think a call beforehand inboth cases would have been adequate.
As said a good guy, efficient etc but little things like a call can make a big difference thus 4 stars versus 5 rating

A big thanks to Energy Educators for changing all of my light globes over today. Prompt, efficient & obliging service - highly recommend to all. Hearing I should see some savings on my Electrical A/C is a real bonus.

Callum and Alex did a wonderful job. They were friendly and accommodating. They found light fittings I totally forgot I had.

Brilliant Service from two friendly staffs, help me to change all the non-energy saving light bulbs in 15mins; very helpful.

My last couple of visits from the Energy Educators people have been outstanding in terms of professionalism, friendliness and kept promises. My first visit was to have my lights upgraded which was completed quickly and on time. The installer even cleaned the light covers for me without being asked!
The next visit some months later was to have installed an electricity usage meter that shows me my power usage directly on my phone. (both of these services were free by the way). Again, a friendly not pushy phone call asking if I’d be interested and because of the good service previously, of course I said yes. Again, on time, not pushy, quick clean and explained in layman’s terms. I can highly recommend Energy Educators as service focused and professional operators to any who choose to go with them.

Easy, quick, no fuss. Installers were polite & friendly. In & out in no time. Highly professional.

Thank you for your services and your friendly employees that did this, only thing they forgot to change the light on my range hood.

The electrician was so nice and extra careful with my chandeliers. The whole service was on point! From the appointment setter to the schedule manager. I was surprised to have the service received on Sunday, because it was the only day it could fit my schedule. Very professional and the best part: PAID 0$!

These folks are doing a wonderful job. I am coming from overseas and didn’t expect such a generous and forward looking initiative existed here. You folks are doing real work for a greener environment at a time that our shared home - earth - really needs it.
