Excellent service. G was very lovely and pleasant to speak to. Quite relaxing with a simple lash tint. She gave a head massage which was a nice surprise as the tint was sinking in. Gorgeous atmosphere to relax in. Highly recommend.

You spend so much money at this place to get half the treatment, i came in to get a 60 minute facial, waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes, the lady was good but she kept stopping and starting felt like she did nothing to my face the whole time, the music is that loud i didn’t feel relaxed at all, if ur not going to do the treatment for the 60 mins that i booked then why should i have to pay full price, so annoying next time have the stuff all ready before clients come in so your not wasting another 15 mins

What an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in till the moment I left the staff were so lovely! My therapist Chelsea was so caring and lovely and took such great care with my treatment, couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you to everyone at Endota Caroline Springs for making my day so much better!

Came in today and got served by the lovely receptionist by the name of Daniella. Very knowledgeable and helpful on product and treatment info. Was able to find some products that I was after. Very welcoming, clean environment, love it. I can’t wait to have a treatment done and refer all my family and friends!

The lovely ladies here provide the best customer service. They are super amazing and accommodating. I recommend booking in a facial with Gee, she is absolutely wonderful and will let you know what your skin needs.

I came to Endota Spa CS for a Remedial with Joanne. I had a really tight upper back and Joanne completely assessed my body and problematic areas. She was very knowledgeable and worked on these areas with perfect pressure! It was absolutely amazing I left feeling really light and she even showed me some stretches I can do at home in the meantime before my next appointment. Super happy with my experience! Can’t wait to come back!

I went to Caroline Springs Endota for the rejuvenate spa package. It was so worth it. The ladies there were lovely and very professional. The treatment itself was amazing. I think what made it better are the little extra things. It wasn't just a relaxation massage, it was also a hot stone massage. It wasnt just a facial, it was a facial with a rose quartz/jade roller massage plus a scalp massage.

My Beauty therapist (?) was Chelsea and she was so great. She made everything so relaxing and comfortable for my entire time there. I was really happy with the products used as well. So much so I bought two of them and are on the hunt for stocks of a third.

I also really enjoyed that the spa is behind a hidden door so it goes from a shop front in a mall to a little hidden oasis very quickly.

Highly recommend.

Gee did my treatment for the day, and I left quite happy. She was informative and helped me with the after care of treatment.

Terrible spray tan and the staff needs to be changed. The results of spray tan you can see after 4 hour. And for yesterday you said we can do treatment 15min less. Why I would pay money and get less? And maybe I didn't understand that because you were 4 at the reception and all answering me that. Btw I called you that I will be late. You should've said that on the phone I wouldn't run and spent petrol.

Staff is very good at what they do, very helpful and friendly.highly recommend Remedial therapy as it was the best treatment for my muscular issues I have developed over time.

I was booked in for a remedial massage and it was NOT a remedial massage. It felt very rushed and the masseur felt very inexperienced. At the end of the massage I found out it was only 50 mins and not 60mins like outlined on the website. Apparently different franchises have different timings and costs. I went in with a sore lower back and came out with the same plus sore shoulder. Will not be going back! Plus you can't claim it back on PHI.
