I attended Endota Caroline springs for a pregnancy massage. Everything I needed to feel comfortable was thought of. My massage was exactly what needed and I’ll definitely be booking it again. All staff members are always a pleasure to deal, do yourself a favour and book in a treatment!

My wife and I booked massages at endota and I couldn't recommend it enough. My therapist made me feel comfortable and I couldn't fault the massage. This Is now our regular place for massages.

Ok for your average facial. Only went here as we had gift vouchers.
I have had better experiences with around the same price we paid.

I had the best full body relaxing massage and facial that I could ask for Totally perfect. The staff were very helpful. Thank you Eva.

My daughter and I attended this store for an Organic Express treatment last Friday evening. The ladies were very welcoming and lovely and the treatment was refreshing and relaxing. At the end of the treatment we were ushered to the front of store for payment and we were informed that we had to put an extra $20 for the treatment we had, as prices had just recently gone up. To be honest I was quite annoyed and put off about this as I had booked this treatment a month earlier and had confirmed the price of $85 while booking over the telephone as we had 2 gift cards totaling $170 which would have covered the 2 treatments. The amount of $85 for each treatment should have been honored as it was booked 1 month prior to attending the session or if this was not possible a courtesy call should have been made to inform us prior to treatment.

Five star service ️ ️ ️ ️ ️. Veronica my therapist was excellent! She listened to my needs and worked through my muscle aches. At the end she even gave me advice on how to continue to improve my wellbeing. Upon finalising my payment I had a technical issue with my gift card but Yesh the owner was super accommodating and took the time to resolve the issue and gave me the perfect outcome. Thank you so much for your hospitality and care.

I had the Intense Renewal Treatment with Danielle. She was very informative all the way. I loved it and felt very relaxed.

Great customer service. I had and issue with my massage and after emailing them. They reached out and resolved the issue.

The massage itself was great, fell asleep it was so relaxing.

I am totally blissed out after my beautiful massage & facial with the very knowledgeable & super lovely Sarah. From start to finish i had an amazing experience & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah. Had a lovely massage therapist by the name of Ruby which was completely ruined by the rude reception staff that tried to charge me extra for a voucher for a treatment as the ‘price has increased’. Be very careful here when purchasing a gift voucher as if they change the price even during the period the voucher is valid they will charge you more. Completely ruined the experience. Nothing was mentioned until treatment was over and the girl was incredibly rude with no apology. Feel sorry for the therapists that actually do the hard work only for reception staff to ruin it. I will not be returning here.

I got 5 ‘surrender packages’in this salon with 4 therapists. First of all, I want to say thank you to Taki and Sera. Taki is the therapist who can do massage with a very firm and nice pressure. Her massage was so good; after I got a massage I could feel my backache get much better! And Sera has a totally different style from Taki. She massaged me with a light and smooth pressure. Actually I normally prefer a firm pressure but this time I want to say it was the perfect massage! I have been suffering from anxiety and sleep disorder. But when I was having a massage I was about to fall a sleep due to her soft hand movements. She kindly explained all about my skin and gave me an advice on my daily skincare routine! Thanks both of you guyss! + the only thing I want to make a complaint is the toilet. Whenever I went there the toilet was super smelly ️

Appt booked over a week ago for today at 10am. Said to arrive at 9.45am and I live 50 mins away. Get a call at 9.20am saying sorry we have to Reschedule the therapist isn't coming in. Pretty ridiculous, how did it take so long to realise they weren't showing up for work today. I was so annoyed as I was almost there since i live far away.what a waste of my one day off this week. So far endota are just overpriced and unprofessional from the 3 clinics I've tried.
