I regularly have a massage with Rozzie, and I have to say she’s made a remarkable difference to my overall wellbeing. She’s knowledgeable, intuitive and friendly. I no longer get the horrible tension headaches that plagued me for years. I can not recommend her enough!

I visited Endota Spa in Balwyn with the intention of winding down and enjoying a relaxing spa treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.

The staff at this establishment mishandled my expensive, sentimental jewellery and it "disappeared" under their care.

Their efforts to rectify the situation were extremely poor, placing the onus and blame on the customer rather than assuming responsibility for what had occurred.

I highly DO NOT recommend visiting Endota Spa Balwyn. I have told all of my family, friends & work colleagues about my experience and they are as shocked as I am with their poor levels of customer care.

I have the best experience this morning at Endota Spa. As soon as I walked in I felt looked after and pamper to the max! Alisa (as I recall) was fantastic - easy going and made sure everything was perfect for my treatment. Can't wait to go back any. Super, super happy with experience.

Just had a Hydro Peptide facial treatment and it was totally amazing. Wished i could go every week. Staff were lovely and the venue was great so calm and relaxing.

I had few sessions with Rozzie with excellent skills, great manners and very professional. Best of the best

I've had hundreds of massages in Melbourne over the years and Rozzie is by far the best. Her style is remedial meets relaxing. I walk away feeling so comfortable and stress-free, my aches and pains disappear! She is amazing.

Excellent service and lovely treatments. We arranged vouchers for staff as giveaways at our staff Christmas party. Would highly recommend a treatment at Endota Balwyn.
