Booked in for a 2hr rejuvenate package with Lucy. She ensured to ask me questions about areas of concern & what pressure I would like and she did not disappoint. I have had this treatment for the past 6 years at different Endota spa locations. I was incredibly impressed with Lucy she was simply outstanding. So took her time and ensured to scrub the entire body with care. Her ability to massage to sooth any muscle aches and ease any tension in the body was amazing I was in heaven. Was a Gem!
I look forward in coming back to Endota Balwyn soon.

Just had a remedial massage from Christine and it was great, I would thoroughly recommend her to anybody who is suffering with pain in their bodies. I feel like a new woman and will most definitely return.

I booked the appointment 2 weeks ago and received an email to confirm the booking. On Friday, there was another text message asking me to confirm the attendance, and been noticed on the message: endota Spa Balwyn app: 3: 00 PM, Mon 18 Sep. Reply: YES to confirm or call 9038 8872: Cancel within 24 hours or a 100% fee will be charged, I’ve replied yes to confirm my appointment. At 9: 50 a.m. This morning, the staff called and said the therapist couldn’t make work today and no one else could honour my appointment. There was no apology but only asked me to make a new appointment.
If the customer cancels the booking within 24 hours, I’ll need to pay $199 to compensate the venue’s loss, how about the venue cancels on me 5 hours before my appointment? Can’t justify it, so the simplest way is to avoid it.

Update: Endota Balwyn, thank you for spending time to reply my review. I have never said I have been charged $199, please don’t blame me for ‘not providing correct information’. You need to read my review carefully, you told your customer, cancel within 24 hours would be charged $199, but now you cancelled your customer within 5 hours, is this penalty also equally applied to you? Since I have allocated my time with you, that means I also said no to all other schedules, and arranged them for other days, for your cancellation on me, I have wasted my afternoon, I hope you understand!

Wow wow wow I had a facial and a massage today with Lucy and it was absolutely beautiful! Lucy had the perfect bedside manner and magic hands and made me feel so welcome.
2 hours of time just for me. I definitely need to do that more often! If you’re thinking of treating yourself, look no further than Endota Balwyn. A Little slice of heaven

I had shoulder and neck issues for years, and recently had two remedial massages with Aden. The experience is amazing and I feel so much better now. Aden is so experienced and skilful, highly recommend!

Sent mum in for mothers day facial and she's come out with huge red weeping excoriations on her cheeks from overdone peel. Waiting to be compensated as requiring medical treatment

Had a really lovely relaxing massage with Bec using a voucher I got from work. She was really sweet especially afterwards when my car got towed! Watch for the clearway! Would definitely recommend.

Staff were lovely and the place had nice calming vibes, but I was disappointed with the quality of my manicure for the price that I paid for it. A few spots were missing polish and the filing was uneven, I feel like I could’ve done the same or better myself.

The treatment I got done was waxing and a relaxing facial with my therapist 'Deanna' - such a sweet young lady and so thorough. The facial I received was so relaxing and so professionally applied. I enjoy my treatments here, but I find it very uncomfortable when they try and sell extra products at the end of the treatment. After a relaxing massage the last thing I want is to have a bunch of information forced on me and getting all uncomfortable about it ruins the point of a massage.

An excellent facial and massage. My therapist Bec took a lot of care to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I have very sensitive skin and she was extremely gentle and the products used were good on my skin. I would highly recommend Endota Spa Balwyn.

This is the best Endota that exists! Rozzie is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her when I was pregnant. I had been to so many places for pregnancy massages and none of them even compared. My baby is now nearly 1 and I still see Rozzie regularly to help with all the muscle soreness from carrying a baby around all day. Highly recommend!

Booked in a 1 hour deep recovery massage with Rachel and she was fantastic! From beginning to end she was extremely professional and I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after. I'll definitely be back to Endota Balwyn again soon!
