Had the most wonderful massage and facial today! Such a lovely experience - a feast for the senses!

How do they run this business successfully! I made a booking after 4 phone attempts. I needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
I tried to book again. Could only get in weeks ahead. They cancel on me with no empathy shown when cancelling.
I have tried calling again to ask a question. No one picks up the phone.
Has anyone else experienced this level of poor service?

I had booked for a remedial massage at Endota spa for the first time. The therapist did not both to ask how pressure was. I told her to go lighter with her pressure because it was painful she not listen and continued to do the painful pressure. Her style of technique was shocking she was using her elbow throughout the massage most of the time. Did not ask how the pressure was at all. I have had a lot of deep tissue massage and never painful and they were always considerate and ask how the pressure.
The massage I had at Endota spa was remedial not deep tissue and was really painful.
I was shocked being a spa thought I would come out feeling relaxed.

I was very happy & impressed with the Surrender Spa Package. The massage & facial was absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful experience from the warm welcome from the caring staff & throughout the treatment from Jasmine who was lovely & knowledgeable about the products she used on me.
The atmosphere in the room was wonderfully warm & relaxing. Products were fabulous, the jade stones were warm & soothing.
It was my first time at Endota & the experience left me feeling relaxed & refreshed. Highly recommend & looking forward to my next visit.

The team here were so wonderful, I felt so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep. I highly recommend Endota Spa Doncaster.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Peter. He was kind, easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. He was an amazing masseuse, I would highly recommend!

Finished my treatment 2 hours ago and I am still feeling refreshed and calm. Susan was wonderful. She was calming, warming and made the experience personal and relaxing. I walked in feeling extremely stressed from the daily life business, walked out now feeling calm and light. The treatment itself showed immediate results, with the pigmentation on my face gone.

I have had a few facials from other venues but nothing has compared to Endota at Westfield Doncaster. It was so relaxing I had forgotten I was in a shopping centre. Will definitely be booking again.

3 voicemails left since last weekend, and not one returned. Really disappointing! Even if they were booked out, returning a call doesn't take long. Would not recommend!

Had a lovely Organic Express facial last night with Georgia.

The whole experience was fantastic from the warm peppermint tea in the wait room to the mood lighting in the room and of course the beautiful treatment.

The Organic Express which lasts 30 mins was a great test facial to allow you to relax & unwind and just decide if it's right for you. Using products from Endotas Organic range, this facial allows their natural products to hydrate your skin. If you're like me and have sensitive skin this was appropriate and calming for my skin.

After my wonderful experience with Georgia I have now booked my partner & I in for an Organic Infusion which is a 50 mins treatment in a couple of months.

Had a custom facial beginning of the year, and it was amazing. From the actual facial, the ambience and cleanliness in the room, made it a really nice experience. Walked out feeling rejuvenated and sooo peaceful. Will be going again to try a body massage when they reopen!

Worth every 5 star! Lovely welcome, beautiful atmosphere, music and oils. The one hour massage treatment that I received was SENSATIONAL!

Only wanted to purchase a gift voucher. Went into the downstairs spa at Doncaster to be told the girl was on lunch and I had to go to the upstairs kiosk. Went upstairs to be told the girl also on lunch and they couldn't help me either. Could you consider coordinating your lunches or training your staff?

Today I experienced a wonderful pregnancy massage with Danielle. Danielle was professional, friendly, and amazing at her job. I have a pre existing back injury and general pregnancy pains, she was able to get me standing up straight again when leaving and worked out a number of kinks and pains. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, I would highly recommend Danielle and endota Doncaster.

I went here for a wax and had a completely terrible experience. Immediately as I walked in I felt as though the staff were standoffish. The waxer made me feel very uncomfortable when I undressed, and laughed when I cried due to the pain. She also wouldn't stop when I told her I needed a break. Afterwards she apologised for the pain but the damage was already done, will never come back.

I also purchased over $200 worth of skincare which has been underwhelming and ineffective for the price I paid.

Overall, a completely disappointing spa.

Fantastic staff and friendly. They are all really knowledgeable and caring. Nice atmosphere inside with amazing relaxing music playing throughout.

They clearly take pride in their work and enjoy their jobs which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

I have called and visited the store many times to make booking. And every.single.time. There is no session available. The next available session is weeks away. Is a spa.theres no one there to do any of the session? I even tried going online to book different types of session, even the earliest to the latest time there is no session. Is like no one work there. Please help me understand this?

I had the Organic Relax Massage therapy and it was absolutely amazing. I will be back!
