Im editing this because I go back when I can.

My Back, neck and spine are messed up so I explained this to my masseuse, Peter, then I had an hour of what was the "perfect application of pressure. "
A massage is nice and relaxing which is pleasant but this time I actually felt the benefits of Peter's work the next day. Amazing!

Peter was very professional, its a beautiful atmosphere, music and oils. The one hour massage treatment that I received was SENSATIONAL!
Everything I could wish for and I cant wait to go back.

Would’ve been a five star review, however the discrepancy of service between behind the counter at the storefront, and the service I received at the back was so wild. Service at the front, even witnessing the girl at the POS helping a customer before me, was very impatient and rushed. Then when the customer in front of me left, the girl didn’t acknowledge me, gave me the finger to wait one second without so much as a word. Which I found to be ever so slightly rude.

But then once I was ushered behind the store front to the treatment area, the beauty specialist that attended to me was thorough, kind, gentle, patient, and an absolute angel through and through. She was soft spoken, and took customer service to a whole new level. It’s her kind of professionalism that make me consider coming back again. I wish I remembered her name! But in terms of value, it’s not particularly cheap, but won’t cost you an arm and a leg, reasonably priced.

My experience today was incredible! Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a massage with Peter. He is fantastic - so personable and great at what he does. Thank you Peter! Best massage I’ve had, great guy.

Friendly staff and greeting on arrival and then led to a very relaxing waiting room and space. The treatment rooms are clean and well presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my organic facial. My therapist was very calm, respectful and professional. An hour well spent.

Loved my massage with Peter today! Not only was his service outstanding, his vibrant personality made me feel very relaxed and at ease for the entire appointment. Highly recommend him to anyone! Especially if you have incredibly tense/tight spots like me. Peter will get the job done

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but my experience today was particularly frustrating and could have easily been avoided. I have 3 children so finding an hour for a Laser Genesis facial is near impossible. But today I left kids with babysitters so I could have an hour of “me” time. However five minutes after my appointment was due to start, I was told because I used a supermarket strength retinol cream (extremely low levels of retinol) the week of the treatment, that I wasn’t able to have my laser. If this (very important) fact could have been included at the time of booking, I could have happily stopped using the retinol. Cancelling someone’s appointment when they have made the time to attend is very frustrating. I recommend you include all important information about do’s and don’ts when the booking is confirmed.

This isn’t a reflection of the girl who had the unpleasant job of telling me this news.she was lovely and is the only reason for the extra star.

I had an eyebrow wax and massage/facial treatment.

Eyebrow wax, worst I’ve experienced. Girl didn’t shape them at all. I asked for natural and got some 90s thin whack job. There is nothing I can do to fix that. My face looks wrong. The girl continuously plucked it, disappointing when I could have done that at home. The wax was extremely hurtful and she only did under the eye.

The massage was good for relaxation. Didn’t fix any tension though. Had to get another 2 days later to fix my shoulder pain

Facial is just basic. It’s good but basic. Don’t expect anything great.

I was given a voucher for Christmas by my children. First ever massage. Susan was amazing. Put me at ease, very relaxing atmosphere. The massage was wonderful everything I imagined. Very respectful and friendly. Came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated all at once.

Went in today to treat myself with some products as a pick me up … the girls seemed uninterested went to Mecca and spent my money there they actually sounded like they wanted to help

Had a massage with Peter well over a year ago, tried to find a someone similar closer and couldn’t, caved and came back as it’s clear he is the best remedial therapist I’ve had so far. Peter is very professional and an excellent masseuse, would definitely follow him where ever he goes.

Booked a 60 min relaxing massage. Samantha was very attentive and made the whole treatment an extremely pleasant experience. Felt so relaxed I think I feel asleep at one stage. Loved how convenient the location is as can do done shopping before and after the appointment. Recommend.

I had an Organic Relax massage with Elaine. I walked in stressed and rushed and by the end I was floating. Elaine has the most beautiful and calm energy that will work your knots and worries away. Thank you Elaine, you surpassed my high expectations.

I booked a 60 minute facial online at $135 as it was a special. I arrived on time, by the time we talked and discussed the treatment it was about 20 minutes into the hour. During the treatment I was freezing. I asked for more blankets and was still cold. The treatment itself was only 30 minutes long as I left the 60 min facial 10 minutes early. When I went to pay I expected a $135 as it was a special online and she said to me it’s wasn’t and charged me $145. Plus the oil I brought for my face gave me a massive breakout and I never get pimples.
Very disappointing especially when I had a day off work for this.

I had a pregnancy massage today with the most beautiful therapist named Elaine. I've had pregnancy massages before but this was my first one at Endota. I highly recommend going and treating yourself! From the outset it was such a lovely and relaxing experience. Elaine knew right where all my sore spots were and she worked on getting out the knots gently and using the right pressure. She was so sweet and she made me feel at ease and allowed me to just rest and enjoy my chill time. Definitely go and see her if you're pregnant and want a treat!
