Extremely helpful especially in times of need. Staff always compassionate and understanding. Able to provide approriate sound advice, highly recommend without hesitation. My sales rep Richard Chahine would even call me up maybe once a year to see if there is anything else they can help me with or improve on. Very diligent staff member. Thanks!:)

We’ve been a client for a couple years now and EmploySure haven’t missed a beat with us. Our calls always get answered quickly and efficiently and the information given is knowledgeable and we go away feeling confident that we’re doing the right thing as employers and that we also have our bases covered.
Throughout this Covid pandemic, they have literally been an invaluable source of knowledge and comfort. Waking up everyday to new rules, new policies, new everything was very daunting but one thing we knew we could count on throughout was Ed’s daily live FB videos to clarify as quickly as they could all of the questions we had and to help put our anxieties at ease.
They really are a major asset to our business and I would 110% recommend them to everyone.

AMAZING! I have been with Employsure for almost two years and seriously, they have helped me and my business so much! I have never once (and I call at least 1x a month, sometimes 2x) had any issues. Every single person I have spoken to is well educated, and absolutely lovely to speak to. Sometimes there's questions that can make us, as employers, feel silly to ask, and the team at Employsure always make me feel comfortable enough to ask what I need and even encourage more questions. Even at a time like this (COVID-19), when they are under the pump with calls, the service is still incredible and I am always greeted by professional, happy and educational people! I honestly can't believe there are some ratings here that are so low, I have never ever had an issue and can't recommend them enough! Thanks Employsure! Keep up the good work:)

Rude and disrespectful sales person who clearly was here to sign us up as members rather than fully understand our situation and needs. We were advised on booking that he will be here to help us through our specific situation and offer advice, but rather what we experienced was simply a pushy sales person. Waste of our time. He arrived 20 mins late to our appointment, and at one point while we were still keen to hear more about the service offering, he packed away his gear and looked as if he was ready to leave. When he presented the cost of membership, at which point I was still interested, rather than asking whether we see value in the service, he simply and bluntly said "Can you afford this? ", in a tone that suggested if we can't, we shouldn't waste his time. I don't understand why you would employ an old school cold, pushy and rude salesperson in this day and age. The advisor on the other hand was lovely and informative, but the sales person left such a terrible experience that I would not even consider this company.

Cannot understand the current manager at all. Thought she introduced the company as "Infosaw". I actually thought i called the wrong company. Now i'm not saying you have to be a professor in linguistics or anything but shouldn't the manager at least know basic English?

If I could give no stars I would. Worst HR company and experience ever. Even had an interview in my home due to bullying, and was told after several follow ups, they couldn’t help and I needed to contact the 1300 number. WorkCover were disgusted in their behavior and is an ongoing investigation

The idea is great, we had a few hick ups but have been able to work them out, I now believe you need to have the reasons why you require such a service written down prior to the representative arriving so that their is absolutely no mistakes or misunderstanding. I have worked with the Client Experience department to solve our misunderstanding and I believe this will allow my small firm achieve the outcome we were after.

I contacted employsure for some confidential advice on the correct procedures on how to possibly terminate a particular employee within our small business.
Although the advice I received was very good -within 24hrs my current employee had found out about our confidential discussion from an employee within Employsure's inner circle.
Very embarrassing when my employee asked me the next day "whether I was trying to sack him"?
Very unethical and unprofessional behaviour from Employsure!
I would have thought "Confidentiality'" would have been at the cornerstone of their business ethics?
A total breach of trust.
Consider this a warning if you choose to engage in Employsure's services as this may also happen to you and your business?

We were with Employsure for a few years. They were happy taking our money, but rarely reached out to offer their services or assistance or to see how we were travelling. Their processes for re-subscription are "questionable", our contract renewed automatically, based on them sending an email more than 3 months prior to our subscription period coming up. Lastly, terminating a contract is a huge hassle, and upon termination I requested any/all documents be sent to us (given at the time we were still active customers and had paid for just these services). These requests were ignored on two occasions, disappointing. And then to top it off, we have since been charged two months worth of services when our contract was supposedly terminated in September. Pretty average, and certainly not a company I would recommend based on our treatment and their "services" or lack thereof.

Marty & Gwen were a pleasure to work with when we worked together to update our business policies and procedures. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were prompt with responses & follow up calls to see how we were going. Many thanks for your help.
