Employsure has been a massive asset to Your Homecare Solutions Pty Ltd. I cannot sing their praises enough! Their engagement from the start has been very proactive, ensuring that ethical standards of practise are developed to introduce and maintain quality delivery in WHS and HR practises.
I would like to further recommend that Adrian Mezzalira, Vanessa Jayasinghe and Jordan Burke were at the forefront of the on-boarding stages, which all had their knack to their niche making sure there is understanding of the development stages of the systems they use.

I would like to concur with the negative reviews from Employsure. They have persuasive and relentless sales staff. The legal advice was ultra conservative and would never want to put anything in writing.
My husband is a small business owner, I have discovered their bread and butter is from taking advantage of the common person who runs a small business who has little idea of employment law. I have learnt more from fair work and my national body. I have talked to several unhappy people regarding their experiences with Employsure.
They will continually upsell you with plans on a weekly basis and then slip you a quiet renewal contract which AUTO-RENEWS without your consent for 5 figures through the sea of spam they send you. Then want you to pay 30% to get out of the contract.
To the many people who have issues with Employsure (I believe many have been silenced by threats) I would strongly suggest engaging with NB Lawyers. Employsure were found guilty of unlawful behaviour and we were able to break contract without the 30%.
Do yourself a favour. Google 'Employsure dodgy' and you will see numerous serious breaches which the Federal Court has penalised them seven figures for.

How rude is daniel, after not hearing from your company for 8 months i recieve a phone call and return the call.
When i say im not interested in something that has taken 8 months to get back to me on he hangs up within 1 second.
Fake niceaty at the start of the call and then so rude.

Terrible service. Very expensive! Once you sign up they rush you through contracts for 1-2hours and then send you templated contracts and this costed 25k! Could have purchased the same for 1-2k. Now I’m trying to cancel and it’s impossible. I’m happy to pay the cancellation fee but still impossible. Laura Kenny is the one I’m dealing with and is terrible at getting back to me. Finally just spoke to her and now I’m waiting on another department to get back to me. Please just let me cancel!

EmploySure offers a great service, they are always able to help in a prompt timeframe and deliver us valuable advice on how to deal with a range of situations in a specialised manner. We were particularly impressed with support we received from Emily last year, who spent a significant amount of time on the line with us taking note of a number of situations relating to several employees. Emily took the time to fully understand the dynamics of each situation and the relationships all parties had. So we signed up with Employsure 2 yrs ago for our workplace health and safety. Just recently we then engaged their services for our employment side as well.
When we asked for someone to come out to discuss our business and the employment side, I thought I was getting someone to come out that does just that. Nope, I got a salesperson who, was a very nice gentleman, but realistically only wanted us to sign up. It then took them about 4 or so weeks to finally contact me about arranging a web meeting to discuss our employment contracts etc.
When the sales guy was here, I told him it was extremely urgent to get a contract to my truck driver.
Had the meeting, then found out there was this award, that I had never heard about, so I was now underpaying my driver. Got that sorted, but then realized I hadn't read the contracts to them properly. We had signed up for both services when I thought they were a combined service. I have now reduced the contract from a 5yr term to a 1yr term and they are billing me the extra. I am now forking out more money to them to reduce my contract.
So far, and in my experience, I would not use them again. If I was to cancel my contract, again due to a misunderstanding on my part, I would have to fork out almost $10k to cancel.
They are more interested in getting you on a contract and keeping you than working with you.
I strongly recommend doing your homework and check out other companies before signing with these guys.

I have now edited this in response to Employsure. My business name is on the contract with my name listed on everything as the main contact. The fact that you "can't find me in your system" is a poor response indeed.

I’ve been with employsure for years and gradually as they’ve become larger or reduced staff the service and responses have become slower. I’ve been trying to get some general employer information for weeks (which is the point of their service), always told there’s lineups with 20-40min wait.
Will now cancel my membership as it’s a service I can’t get info from.

Alexandra quickly understood our business; and with her excellent knowledge was able to ensure we have what we need.
