Feel so lucky to have come across Empire Floors. I went into a warehouse to look at current stock colour, where I met someone who knew her floors and knew who to use. She herself had used Empire Floors. From there I went into their showroom, made a deposit and didn't look back. Jazz and his parents are meticulous in their work. They spent a day ensuring the slab was level, which I know I would not have got through the other companies I had contacted. I am in love with our engineered oak floors. As people they are great to deal with- Bonus!

We are delighted with the look of our new engineered timber floor that we purchased from Empire floors in Nothing Hill Victoria and had expertly installed by Suad, Nina and Jazz. Everyone admires the attractive natural woodgrain surface which is highlighted by it’s beautiful warmth colour finish. The colour in particular brings homeliness in every room, love it very much! The product is a pleasure to live with being low slip, durable and very easy to keep clean.

Our flooring project was always going to be a problem solving exercise and so we knew we would need a specialist flooring company. We certainly found the right company for the job with Empire Floors.
From the very beginning Jaz and his family had a solution for every issue. We have a mud brick house so many of the walls do not have straight skirting boards. They were able to shape each board that sat against a mud brick wall to follow the contour of the walls. The artistic finish was fantastic.
Our slab was uneven, so they took the time and effort to ensure the surface was leveled before the flooring was laid. The finish to the job was well done to the finest detail.

After shopping around the main flooring companies we stumbled across Empire Floors and thank goodness. They are a family company and take great pride in there work. I recently just had my floors done by the team at empire floors could not be happier with the work that they done, I had a set of tricky stairs that were all over the shop due to the age of the house, they took there time and made it there mission to get them perfect, which took them deep into the night.if you a looking for a quality floor would highly recommend.

Outstanding.

We spoke to 10 companies when deciding who to ask to help lay our new floorboards. From the start, Empire were honest, respectful and did exactly what they said they would do.

We were expecting it to take 2 days but they stayed late and had everything finished ahead of scheduled.

Drove 2 hours to visit this shop only to find they were closed at lunchtime on a Monday. Don't waste your time. Probably worthy of 1-star, but since I didn't see them I will leave 2 stars.

After seeing your incredibly rude and condescending response I have updated you to a 1-star review. But at least your response will allow people to see your true colours. If you had been polite I would have accepted that. What retail business is closed on a Monday? Very inconvenient.

If you want the best flooring installers, we have just had the best. Xxx We had a problem with our new build and had to have our floor replaced. Empire Floors came from Melb to Tasmania to do the job. We were so impressed with their professionalism and quality of the work, all we can say is if you need a personal recommendation, please contact Empire Floors as we are happy for them to provide our phone number and we are more than willing to talk to you of how our finished floor has been laid. Both Suad and Nena respected and treated our home as if they were laying floorboards in their own home. The cleanliness and tidiness of how they treated their work space (our home) was fantastic. (No messy trades people with these two). They worked as a well-oiled team who knew their trade 110%, no make that 200%, and we were so happy to have them in our home as the finished flooring is amazing.
