Jazz did an amazing job laying hybrid planks in my unit in Camberwell. It was a difficult site to access, lots of weird angles and very poor sub floor that had to be prepared but he did an amzing job with no fuss. Appreciate it so much and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

The level of care and meticulous planning by the Empire team during installation, resulted in a top quality timber floor.

Jaz was very accommodating in juggling our start date, which removed the stress of installing over the Christmas break.

I had my heart set on a specific floor, but due to Covid and shipping delays (outside of anyones control) it didn’t happen. Jazz continually followed up with the supplier and kept me informed, ultimately though I had to change my choice.
Jazz knowing what I was after, was able to guide us into another product which looked better than my original choice.
That’s the difference with Empire Floors, it’s the care, quality, knowledge and good old fashioned customer service!
An additional bonus was the floors were fitted by his parents who were just as wonderful with exquisite attention to detail.

Amazing company to deal with! From the initial consultation through to the installation process, they are the flooring experts! The flooring work exceeded all my expectations. Overall, the whole process was stress free and I would highly recommend their services!

Small showroom, not much choice. Not helpful at all. Asked if they had a different product and was told "there are plenty here to choose from".
Obviously my opinion was of no importance. Poor service.
Plenty of other stores with bigger variety and better service.

Jazz and the team where brilliant, the amount of effort and perfection they put into my difficult and badly uneven floors was incredible. Waterfall staircase wrapping looks amazing.

Advertised as wheelchair accessible online so my partner drove me there only to discover they are on the second floor of a building with no elevator! Complete waste of time.

A big thank you to all at Empire Floors for installing wonderful hybrid vinyl flooring in our warehouse apartment. I wasn't sure about this product and initially preferred timber floors but after some persuasion from my partner around the huge cost saving, went ahead with the good advice from Jazz and team who only use top quality hybrid vinyl flooring, very happy with the result and looks very much like wooden floors. So glad we went with Empire floors who are an extremely hard working and highly skilled family business. Highly recommended!

Disappointed.
Was quoted a price which they then refused to honour, and to make matters worse tried to blame me for the whole thing.
Quite rude to me in the end, the initial fake smiles very quickly turned to abuse.
Went to another shop and got what I wanted straight away at the correct price.
Avoid at all costs.

Update. To answer your reply I don’t have a quote number, it was verbal in your shop.
I have not displayed my name deliberately because I am frightened of the abuse I might receive.
I definitely have the correct shop thank you. You are near the Notting Hill pub. Typical arrogance to assume I am the one who is wrong. Again…. Sigh.

Saud, Nina & Jazz are simply just the best in the business - if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Their customer service and the care they take on install is really second to none - they may not be the cheapest around but if you want a top quality job with experts in the industry who will give you the best finish and advise, look no further than Empire Floors.

Extremely happy with Jasmin and the team at empire floors for their excellent product and installation work, highly recommended. I am so glad I went with empire floors because Jasmin and his team at empire floors took care of my project from start to finish. These guys are literally your one-stop shop, from supplying, removal of old floors, levelling to installation. They have great pride in their work and pay great attention to detail going above and beyond for their customers. Extremely punctual, reliable, tidy and actually stick to their deadlines whilst achieving an excellent finished product.
