Eltham Leisure Centre

Great gym and facilities overall. Very happy that I moved from my current gym to this one.

Jack was very approachable and helpful when I came in for the first time!

Been a member for a long time it's a nice facility but unfortunately bad customer service they need to work on etiquette and respect towards people if they want to retain members.

Newly renovated building, very clean, with a great layout. Lots of facilities, Inc kids pool, hydrotherapy pool and regular pool. Sports facilities, gym basketball court. Great staff too.

Didn't comply with Covid health orders on the occasions I attended the gym. It appears staff were told to leave it up to the police.
When mask orders were in place when I attended during 2021, before and after the big lockdown, there'd be 20-25 others and no or one other was wearing a mask. The rest could be doing mat work or a low-intensity group session with no mask on, nor have one hanging under their chin or sticking out of a pocket. The ones who'd been puffing didn't put it on when they stopped. Customers would walk in the gym and take it off.

Great gym- amazing instructors, great staff, awesome group fitness timetable, dedicated Pilates and yoga spaces, clean and modern gym floor. Best gym I’ve ever been too

Nice centre. Well lit pool area. Great to see the outside when swimming in the morning as the sun rises. Gym has plenty of equipment and variety. Life guards are focused and helpful. Can do anything really, shoot baskets, swim and workout in the gym. Great all-round centre.

Great place to visit for swimming lessons. We took our grandchildren and Tom G, their teacher, is fantastic!
Lots of families enjoying the various pools as well as adults exercising.
Coffee shop is the added bonus for catch ups.

Go here for my regular gym, great place for anyone who wants to start a gym membership. Pool is good. Not only for swimming as a sport but also a great spot for families

Eltham Leisure Centre offers are great gym service which I currently use. The new pool area upgrade is fantastic and a lot better than what Eltham Leisure Centre use to have.

Overall our experience at Eltham Leisure Centre has being positive, however today because of one employee called Casey, her rudeness and abrupt manner towards myself for no reason and her failings to explain herself professionally it’s made me thinks differently however I will not allow the unprofessional behaviour of one person change my mind. She needs to be educated on appropriate customer service and appropriate conduct and respect for other.

Fantastic! I almost wasn't going to go swimming here because it is an indoor pool. But, it was so fresh and clean. Friendly staff. Love it!

I experienced a non life threatening situation for my 6 YO daughter on Saturday 28/12/19 about 3: 30pm.
The response from the Manager, and reception was very poor.
There was no genuine concern, compassion or intention to help not only as a life guard or a person in charge or responsible for a public area nor as a normal human being.
Here are some snapshots of what I came across to
1. I asked the lady on the register: You know that I need first aid for my daughter, Can you do not pick up the phone for two seconds and help me or get someone to help me?
2. In first 5 minutes from the incident I was told that “we don’t have extra staff to help you and there is nothing we can do, sorrrrrry.
3. During the time that we settled and my daughter and myself were waiting to make sure everything is ok to leave the centre, no one from register (10meter from us) came to ask if everything is ok? Do we need help? A glass of water or anything else.
I was lucky that it was not a life threatening situation otherwise I could not see anyone capable or keen to help out.

Great, friendly staff, good swimming pool and range of classes. I do think some classes like yoga should be in the larger fitness room though as the upstairs room isn't big enough nor does it have the facilities.

Had the water slides boomin before watermarc was even thought about. OG indoor pools, bring back the caterpillars that used to shoot water!

Bball courts are great, although your ball will get pumped up to a rock if you ask for some air!

New pool area after a revamp, seimming change rooms are unusual, gym has new equipment but can feel impersonal.

Awesome facilities, I swim there mainly because the pool is low in chlorine being mostly salt treated

Still haven't got their intranet sorted out. Very frustrating not being able to log into my programs.

Lisa responded to my complaint today which I greatly appreciate. I am hopeful that the matter has been resolved and we can continue to enjoy the pool facitities.

Great Gym, got most things you need and more! They have just finnished their renovations on the pool and it looks fantastic!
