Elmore Bakery/Cafe reviews
65Love the range of bakery items here. A must stop over when going through the town. Or detour!
On the way to Echuca from Melbs? Must stop at the Elmore bakery…! Great variety of pies and sandwiches
And good friendly country service!
Enjoy!
We did!
Best bakery around great coffee and beautiful lemon tart and to die for for bushman's pie
If I didn't need bread I would've kept going. Service was very slow. Won't be back in a hurry
Popped into the bakery for lunch for the first time and definitely will be back. Well done team.
Good service and a nice if un- adventurous salad roll. Bright clean and inexpensive. Still good.
Quality has never strayed, been coming for years always stop on way to Echuca and on way home to buy a potato pie to take back home
Well what can I say about this perfect little Bakery. Gets very busy whic B must attest to how good it is. U've got to B lucky to not waitc20min for Ur order. But sink lips into it and U'll then except dxtimd delay, as it'll B so worth it.
Nice food and drink here right before going to Rochester. Customer service is good, toilet is present.
The apple pie, bread, salad rolls and chocolate éclairs were all delicious, such a great bakery.
Coffee can be hit or miss depending on the barista, food is always yummy though with a huge selection.
Nice bakery, friendly staff. Been here a couple of times. I had a sausage roll, I have had better. You guys sell the most expensive tomato sauce satchels. I have tried the chilli pie. That was nice, a jalapeno in every bite. Your bee stings are excellent too. 8.5/10
Nice food but once l got driving again l realised from the first bite that the pastie was only slightly above room temp. Still nice but would've been so much better if it was hot!
Great service and excellent food.
We shared a pie, a pasties and a vanilla slice plus coffee each.
The Pies and pasties were excellent, the fillings were great and the pastry was very light and wonderful.
The sausage roll was beautiful and so worth the drive, but the hot chocolate was so watery and not hot at all.
Great food n Coffee Fast lunchtime service, very clean inside and out.
Great staff.well done guys
Had heard good things about the Elmore Bakery and wasn't disappointed. The coffee was just what I needed and the steak and onion pie was a nice variation on the plain. They'd clearly had a busy day as the pie warmer was awaiting restocking (which happened while I was waiting for my coffee), but the crowning experience for me was Melissa's cheery demeanour and happy customer service. I'm sure the whole team are great, but I had limited interaction with the other staff on my visit.
Great bakery friendly staff and yummy cakes and pies.
Oh and don't forget the donuts.
Do yourself a favour and drop into this bakery on your travels ️
I rarely write negative reviews but today I'll make an exception. I stopped off at Elmore Bakery/Cafe on my way home from Echuca to purchase a pie and a bottle of Coke. The Steak and Kidney pie cost $6.20 for a very small pie and the second smallest bottle of Coca Cola was a ridiculous $4.40. Maybe somebody there forgot to take the pie out of the oven because when I opened the packet the bottom of the pie was like cardboard and the meat filling had hardly any kidney in it and was far too salty. Maybe I got them on a bad day but won't bother stopping here again.
