Very friendly greeting on arrival, clean tidy good sized bed & bath rooms. Accessible quiet central location. Great shower, large screen tv, aircon a little noisy.

Warrnambool's ah-mazing property! We just concluded our fabulous stay at Elm Tree. The property has everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts are amazing and are willing to help. The property looks absolutely likes its photos. Go for it!

Customer service was fantastic. Technicians mentioned rooms were very clean & tidy.
We were kindly given a refund for an early checkout, due to our job in the area finishing earlier then scheduled. Thanks Jess & Mitch. We will be back.

Everything was great including their service despite it being a busy time. Smiles and courteous and friendly. Love this place. Unlike other motels this was one modern and clean and felt like a proper 4 star hotel. We extended our stay. Would love to come back again when we return to Warrnambool.

Provided there are vacancies, we always stay at the Elm Tree Motel, whenever we visit family in Warrnambool. Jess and Mitch are the perfect hosts. They have come to feel like family over several stays. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The location is quiet and convenient to the CBD and eateries. Breakfasts are freshly prepared, punctual and delicious. Thank you, Jess and Mitch, for your sensitive and thoughtful care of our family at a sad time. We really appreciated it and we will be back.

Absolutely awesome motel in Warrnambool. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and staff go the extra mile for their guests. We were welcomed with chocolates and a bottle of wine as we stopped here on our honeymoon. Cannot praise this motel enough. Great location, great facilities and amazing service!

Best place to stay. Can't fault anything. Clean, spacious, up to date and so close to town and all the shops. Will definitely stay again on our regular trip to Warrnambool and the new owners are young and lovely to deal with.

Traveled from Melbourne and checked in quite late, the late arrival was no problem at all.
Two adults and two children in a family room was plenty of space for us all. The bathroom and shower were MASSIVE! We got to meet Jess and Mitch, the owner operators, they were both super friendly and very accomodating to our family. An enjoyable, family-friendly stay. We will be back.

My family members need to travel to Warrnambool regularly to take turns to be with our sick son/ brother. We always choose to stay at The Elm Tree Motel. Jess and Mitch are the perfect hosts who go that extra mile to make sure we are well cared for. The family room was ideal for our most recent stay. Our hosts were discreet but friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and the refurbished bathrooms are spacious and modern. Great value. Thanks Jess and Mitch. We so appreciated what you did for us and we will be back, vacancies permitting.

Nice and clean. Quiet rooms. It is only 1 lot from the main st but could hardly even hear the traffic. Very well priced especially for a long weekend. Highly recommend this motel if you are looking for a good value for money stay in Warrnambool. Nice modern rooms. Plus the owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Beautiful place nice and clean room and customer service is excellent they provide us all facilities and receptionist was so friendly and helpful.she guides properly so we visit every where all around.it is middle of the town you can get everything around. I definitely recommended this place for holidays.
