Elm Tree Motel

A very clean and newly renovated Motel.
Staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful, welcoming and accommodating to what I needed.

Highly recommend this place.

Great little motel on Western side of Warrnambool. Room was very clean and bed comfy and warm. Huge shower with good water pressure. Good size smart tv. Recommended.

Elm Tree Motel was brilliant. Room was very spacious, clean and accessible. Mitch and Jess made everything very easy. Great location. Very quiet and easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

Lovely quiet small hotel. The room was larger than expected. The shower was fantastic, large with plenty of hot water (no climbing into a bath to take a shower). Right behind kfc and just of the main road.

Booked my parents into the Elm Tree Motel, and the rooms were very clean, according to my mum, who is super fussy. The owners were great to deal with both in booking remotely and face to-face with Mum and Dad. Good spot and super close to everything.

Owners Jess and Mitch have been lovely, booking to check-In has been an absolute pleasure. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern and for being on a main room the motel and rooms are very quiet. I would highly recommend booking in at the Elm Tree Motel

We stayed at Elm Tree Motel during 2022 Christmas/NY holidays. The overall experience was very pleasant and there is nothing to fault.

The motel is conveniently located in central location with sufficient parking onsite. The room we statyed in was generously spacious with a large ensuite. The owners are very friendly and deliver everything they promise. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious.

We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Warrnambool.

We stayed overnight, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, we loved the large bathroom and large shower. We had no noise from traffic during the night. We highly recommend this motel to anyone wanting a place to stay within walking distance to the main shopping precinct of Warrnambool. It's right near a KFC, which could be handy and the drive thru posed no problems in regard to noise. We would definitely stay again if we needed accommodation.

Nice family run hotel. I stayed here for a work trip and would stay again. Friendly attentive service. Enjoyed the coffee and scrambled eggs delivered to the room for breakfast. Quick laundry service. Good lighting over the workspace in the room.

Mitch and Jess Davis were the ultimate hosts, nothing was to much trouble, the rooms were very clean and well
set up. The shower was extrodinary. The motel was quiet and within walking distance to the city shopping. KFC right next door also for the hungry traveller, Fully recommend Elm Tree Motel as an awesome place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Elm Tree Motel. The room was clean and warm on a cold night and the king bed bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom, l;arge tv and central location to shops and restaurants.
. Simple check in with friendly staff. Would recommend!

Lovely quiet motel. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern & well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and shower huge. Owners are very friendly & helpful. 12/10 guys We will be back.

Thourghy enjoyed our stay at the Elm tree motel Warrnambool. Rooms were very modern and the lovely staff went the extra mile in recommending and booking us a table at a local restaurant. Quiet room close to the city, will definitely visit again!

Just a beautiful cozy little home away from home. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable, nice and quiet, lovely large bathroom and shower. Couldn’t have been happier with everything. Great price and value so would always stay here if I am to visit again. Thanks again

Check-in: Smooth. Staff was helpful on how to check for road closures.
Room: Above average. Sound proofing is bad though. Can hear people talking outside room. Room size is great. Toilet space is big.
Location: Located beside a KFC restaurant. Those room near the restaurant can smell the food and "stale frying oil. "

Sound proofing is bad.
There is a gap below the door, so cold air keeps coming into the room.

Motel was cosy, comfortable and clean. Staff were also friendly and accommodating. Location of motel is in the heart of Warrnambool which made it convenient. I'd stay here again.
