Had the most relaxing facial from Renee. One of the things l love about this place is you never feel pressured into buying products, everything is explained as to what you need and then it is totally up to you.

I’ve only recently started coming here, after I decided to walk by and get my eyebrows done. So glad I did! Hygenic, professional, friendly and knowledgable, I was impressed with the service received by the lovely Ella. Michelle, my therapist for the day was very thorough with her job, really friendly and warm. She made the whole experience quite comfortable, despite the fact it was waxing; I really didn't feel any pain or discomfort.
I cannot wait to get back for a facial with her and be pampered.
-1 stars for the lady who booked me in over the phone, contacted me the following day and welcomed me at the spa. She seemed disinterested even when I asked about the services and for her manner of speaking, I think a cordial tone would be a great help!

Lovely professional friendly service, I had a xxx wax and felt very comfortable. These things are usually awkward but I had a great experience. I’m looking forward to going back, highly recommended.

This salon is awesome! The staff are super friendly. Amanda has done the most amazing work on my skin. Amanda has so much knowledge and is very kind.

Dee is WONDERFUL and I have had such a lovely calming experience here when it was so desperately needed.
I agree with another reviewer that Amanda (owner?) has a rather abrupt and impolite manner, I think it's cultural. However I didn't let that upset my beautiful time there, and as I save to go there again, I found the music they play as you enjoy you massage/facial on YouTube, and play it to remember my good time.
Also I've been a fan of Bache products for 40 years so have a bias there, the smell and ingredients of nature in their products means I prefer them every time. Thank you for the lovely time Dee, you are a gifted beautician, and I have so enjoyed my time with you.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and lovely beautician. Amazing facial and neck/shoulder massage. Would highly recommend Ella Baché Fountain Gate and the Sensibeautis Serum she recommended me is fantastic.

Great salon, Michelle and Dee in particular are very professional, knowledgeable and passionate.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Had my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Came out unhappy with how they turned out and what do you know a week later lost all my eyelashes.would not recommend.

Worst place I have been so far!
The lady Amanda is the rudest person ever, I don't like to be waiting to go into treatment and hearing her bad mouth her work team! Poor effort - if someone isn't doing a treatment the way you like it then you don't tell them "you're not good at this job" ekkk
As for my therapist Jessie, I'm sorry to say, you are super lovely but I had a terrible experience with you. I won't go to much into detail but
I also don't think anyone would like being told all the negatives about there looks/skin either.
P.s I book a treatment that I want because I simply want it, getting forced to upgrade is not my ideal of a beauty salon.
