Amanda is AMAZING. The best massage I think I’ve ever had (and ice has quite a few!). She’s experienced and knowledgeable (20+ years). I had a one hour massage and Miss 10 had a 30 min massage. Both experiences were wonderful. We’ll be back. 10/10. Great location and parking is easy.

Mary gave me the most amazing facial I have ever had over the last 10 years since I was 17. Mary was gentle, attentive, caring and extremely helpful. It was abundantly clear that she takes utmost pride in her work and is passionate about what she does. Mary recommended me products (not in a salesy, pushy way) but in a way that made me feel like she really knew and cared about what I needed. I was so impressed. Part of the reason I purchased the products is because of the value I derived from Mary’s service, knowing that anything she recommended me would be just right for me. Massage therapist was really good and i felt so good after her massage. The team there is very friendly. They greeted clients upon entering with a warm smile. Thank you for the beautiful experience. It's indeed a good place to relax.

Renee is a superstar! Relaxing massage and spot on advice for a skin consultation! I have been told by other therapists that I have dry skin, Renee gave a different opinion and made some skin care suggestions and I have seen a noticeable difference to my skin in a matter of days and still continuing to see improvements weeks later.

Renée was fabulous <3 she did an amazing spray tan and exfoliation and made me feel so comfortable

Service was great. We had a girls day out, and we all had facials. We were accommodated well. I would just suggest less pushing for the upsell.

Waxing was okay, but I was disappointed with the customer service, I had a pram with my baby in it and the staff saw I was struggling to get in and out of the door but didn’t bother to offer a hand to hold the door, but just stood by the register and chatted, I would just think it would be common courtesy to help a struggling mum, especially if she is paying a decent price for services.

I have had a few facials recently with RENEE at Ella Bache Berwick recently, my skin has never looked better. Both the intensive facials which includes LCDs and the microdermabrasion have made a huge difference, as well as the high quality at-home product range that have worked very quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend Renee, she is very knowledgeable and is a true "skin expert! "

Never again - not sure what training or organisation they work under, but totally unacceptable what they did, then try to up sell their products. Think carefully and look at other options.

Great service! Always has appointments outside of working hours. Staff are great too!
Only downside is they forcefully make you buy products and get facials when not asked. I went in for two services and came back with a third which was fine and straight to the counter to purchase skin care over $140. Did not give me an option to think about it. I understand selling products on the side is a kpi but not when the customer is not asked if they would like to purchase just straight pack in a bag and expected to touch card. This time I will let be but next time I will advise. At endota you don’t get forced they get you to complete a form asking permission if consultation on recommending products etc before you begin treatment. Some of us want to come in relaxed and paid especially for a special occasion and may not want to spend over budget without awkwardly saying no after they have packed the product. Just feedback on selling point is harsh but the service of the therapy is amazing.

A huge thank-you to Renee for the most amazing massage I have received in a long time. Renee provided a relaxing environment and knew exactly how to cater for my back and shoulder issues. I left feeling relaxed, renewed and like my back issues mattered. She also provided amazing knowledge and advice on my skin care needs and was able to answer all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very upset with thier service. No appreciation of customers time what so ever. They can make wait for up 15 mins for a pre booked appointment but will not wait 2min while you park your car and cancel on you, but if you decide to cancel then you have pay fee anyway.
