Cracked my phone last weekend.   Gave them a call to see if he could replace my screen. In a few hours, he was at my door and 20 mins later I had a new screen. Excellent service and such a respectful person. Recommend it for anyone that comes across this issue.

Went to fix my iPhone in Apple store at Westfield Fountain Gate. They were such snobs and declined to work on it because it had a non-Apple store battery. I came to Elephone 2 minutes walk from Apple store and they fixed it no query at all and gave me a great price on a new screen. Best iphone screen repair at Westfield Shopping Center. Highly recommend.

Elephone helped me and my mom fix several broken phones we have in sitting in a drawer we were also able to purchase an Iphone in a great price. This place is great and I would refer my friends and family.

They fixed my screen and charging port on my Iphone XR and the screen on my iPad. I’m so happy with the work they did. They are definitely the best, they did an excellent job and  they have the best prices. 100% recommended. If you have any problem with your device, don’t hesitate to go with them.

I have brought my iPhone 8+ here twice - once because the port wasn’t charging and had to be replaced and another time when the screen went black. Each time they brought my phone new life for an incredibly economically efficient price.

I have been looking for a phone case for my new Samsung S20 Ultra case with no luck（Even checked with Samsung service desk) I found and went to Elephone, the closest phone shop next to it and I'm glad I did. They carry a large selection of beautiful phone cases and accessories of any kind. Also the place is nice and clean, the service was excellent and the staff is very patient and friendly. The staff was able to be patient, listen, discuss my current phone problem, confirm the issue, and tell me it isn't worth it to repair, or deal with. Saved me a lot of time and potentially money. I end up buying a second hand phone from them and they provide 6 months warranty. 10/10 recommended.

Got my Nokia fixed in Elephone a few days ago. I have asked other stores but none of them has a spare part for it. However, Elephone ordered the part in two days and fixed it on the spot.   Amazing experienced with Elephone and their friendly staffs. Strongly recommended.

I love this place. The price is fair-very reasonable. And besides affordable, it is fast! They fixed my phone in about twenty minutes, even faster than they said they would. But honestly, the reason this place gets five stars is because, unlike so many tech shops, the technician are super friendly. They are welcoming and offer very good customer service. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Fast, affordable, friendly. I would never go anywhere else for an iphone repair.

I kept calling them for 3 months for a repair that I paid a deposit for and in the end they told me to come in as they got the part but when I got there the person had no idea what I was talking about and in the end they told me they didn't get the part. Wish they were more reliable or told me earlier that they couldn't get the part so I can look elsewhere. Wasted a lot of my time.
