I had a bad experience with the girl at desk. I took my Iphone 7 plus for front screen repair. She thoroughly checked and confirmed that everything is working apart from screen. After an hour when I return to shop to collect my phone, I observed that it bio-metric button was not working to unlock the screen. I asked her to check to which she said that it was not working before as well. I said you confirmed it was working earlier meanwhile an other lady checked and said that bio-metric button was not active to unlock the phone. Bio-metric button was working fine and able to unlock the button. This girl was so rude to apologise or accept her mistake. BEWARE as they can put back it on you for the fault caused during the repair.

I took my iPhone X For back glass repair with supplied back glass and agreed on $50 as fees, but on the day of pick up after two days, not only the supplied glass wasn't used, but also charged $130 for worst quality repair which can't be reversed. Never accept feedbacks and doesn't return money for worst service. Not recommended at all, find a reliable and trustworthy repairers who are local.

Martin and his female colleague (sorry to not catch her name) were AMAZING and so helpful as I was frantically scrambling to fix my phone. They even recommended a lovely cafe to wait for my SUPER FAST repair. I am so grateful for their flexibility with my time and price. Could not recommend them more! THANK YOU!

This business is amazing. Terrific service with a smile. I brought in a phone that was passed down to me and told Martin that the camera did not work and could not take photos. The phone had been dropped and afterward the camera did not operate. Martin fixed it with a new camera and discovered another problem with another worn-out part. He fixed both parts within an hour, with such patience and expertise. Martin is the BEST.
