I had a dead mobile Nexus 6P. When I went to Elephone Bayside, Locus checked it
Thoroughly and advised me what I need to do.
He let me to use his mobile to make a few phone calls and even use his internet to look for something I was looking for.

What a gentleman. He also supplied me a screen protector for a reasonable price. I was very impressed by his professionalism & friendly approach. For any mobile issues I will go back to them. Thank you so much Locus.

I dropped my phone in the pool and I was so devastated. I thought my phone was done for but these guys got my phone working again in and out in the same day. They were fast and  professional.

I had a broken home button. Apple told me to replace the whole phone. These guys fixed it for me for $60. This was awesome. The repair did something to break the phone's ability to charge. I took the phone back the next day, and they cheerfully resolved the problem free of charge. In this case the cables just needed to be re-seated. This excellent resolution of a repair issue makes me think very highly of this business.

They explain to you patiently what is the diagnostic process, how long it will take and how much it will be before they proceed to fix it. They are super quick and customer service is great. Thank you Elephone.

I took my iPad Gen 7 in for a screen repair & was quoted $149. When I contacted them to find out when it’d be ready I was told it need the LCD replaced as well & the total would be $399!
When I went back to pick it up I questioned why I hadn’t been quoted the right amount in the beginning. Turns out they hadn’t replaced it, so I told them just to do the screen & I’d pick it up today. When I went in today they’d replaced the LCD & wanted me to pay $379! Both times they kept me waiting more than 30 mins. I’ve bought it home & the home button isn’t working properly. Poor workmanship, poor communication, unethical practice & no care. Don’t let them near ur device!

Overview: They buy cheap knockoff parts to fix your phone with, when it breaks, they will lie and claim its broken inside & they will try to sell you one of their phones!

Came to this store early Feb with a cracked screen, that's it. Told us an ETA of a week to be fixed for $135.

X4 weeks later after several unanswered calls we go in store for them to tell us that it'll be ready in a few days.

Unsatisfied already because of the extended wait time, we finally receive the phone.

Screen is a bit off with some lines across it but we left it because it has been so long since we had it anyway.
X1 week later the screen turns black and stops working. No damage was caused in between that time.

We take it back and the technician claims that it is a "OLED internal issue caused by external damage" which was impossible because the phone has not been dropped or scratched. It just stopped working.

They would not take responsibility for the broken screen. Only once I asked for their full contract and read through everything and found that they are liable for the repair, they offered a low costing replacement of $50. OK.

X2 MONTHS LATER!
No updates, no calls, we come in and get told "ready tomorrow".

We come in and they claim that the phone is completely broken. That the graphics card, OLED screen and mother board are damaged. I knew that was a lie because the phone was not damaged beforehand. They damaged my phone during the repair and would not take responsibility.
We brought in another phone to give them the spare parts and try to fix it but they said that there "is nothing we can do, but you can buy one of our phones with a discount".

They "broke" my phone, and tried to sell me one of theirs. No refund offered.

We left with the phone. Took it to another shop which discovered that the screen is an illegitimate knock-off and that's why it wasn't working because it wasn't compatible.

We called up head offered and asked for a refund, only after we asked did they refund our initial payment.

What a waste of a few months. This business puts out scam vibes, I would not go here.

I brought a second hand iPhone 7 Plus from Elephone, they are friendly, and they really do the 6 month warranty not just mention it. After I used the phone for a month, I feel the battery runs a bit fast, and I took it back, they checked it and replace a new battery for me and it was free.

Bought a wrong size phone case but forgot to take receipt. When I went back easily got swapped without showing any proof of evidence. I really feel the respect sand trust from Elephone.

I refer Elephone to all my friends and families because it deserves more people to visit and get their phones fixed.

Fantastic job! My screen was shattered and the technicians did a great job installing a new one. They even replaced it again (for FREE!) when the screen was not being as responsive as it should be, they really did the 6 month’s warranty!

I broke my phone badly (completed smashed screen) and I went to their shop, the guy looked at it and said he can fix it and asked me to come back in 20mins. I come back in 20 mins and the phone looks completely new! I am so happy! Thanks guys!

Fantastic service and repair. Pick up my phone today, i was expected it may take at least two weeks to fix due to the part is not available in Australia, and have to order from China. Surprisingly, I have received a phone call tell me that the phone is fixed in the same week.

Friendly staffs, great customer service, convenient location. Got my broken screen replaced on the spot.

The service was great, and the repair was fast. The technician there is so experienced, they could even replace my Samsung S9 glass without replace the internal display!

Fast and friendly. Definitely recommend. 2nd time back for an iPhone screen replace because of those clumsy kids of mine. Elephone took care of my phone with no issue and fast as well. Very impressive!
