Completely stuffed my phone. I went to get my battery replaced and now my phone will run out of charge quicker than before, stop charging all together or take a full 9 hours to fully charge. Don’t get your battery replaced here. I’ve lost $100

Elephone’s service is very nice, the technician here always check the problem of my iPhone XS very comprehensively, and he repaired it very quickly.

People beware. This place stuffed up my phone then the woman, Kara, said it was normal that the home button stopped working after repair. I have never seen someone so dishonest as her. She barely able to communicate and tried to manipulate me for something she obviously damaged. Asked to speak to the manager but she said she was the manager which clearly she isn't. Also I don't like the way she talked about other competitors as if they were bad, where this store is the worst. The store upstair is so much better and at least be honest with me. DO NOT COME HERE & DO NOT LET KARA SERVE YOU

Alex is still my go to guy for any iPhone. He is still super friendly, welcoming, professional and super fast! My friend works in construction and was having issues with his iPhone screen and charging port. We took his phone today to Alex and we were in and out in less than 20 mins. Elephone is the only place I go to get my screen protectors. I first found out about this place when a family friend took us and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Alex is very friendly and he will actually professionally install the protector for you! I really appreciate that he takes the time to clean off your phone and will make multiple attempts to make sure there are no bubbles, although more often than not he gets it perfect on the first try. Feels like a brand new phone each time.
