Yelka the store manager was very polite and a lovely lady to deal with. Everything I had asked for was done exactly the way I wanted it and in fact extra effort was put in to make our wedding look fabulous. She did an excellent job with our wedding invitations and stage decorating! I would definitely recommend her.

I got married at Manor on High and words cannot describe the amazing décor I had. Elegant occasions artistic floristry, beautiful linen, elegant draping and distinctive interiors all designed and created ensured that I had the most captivating event.

Our wedding was perfect, and I really do not think it would have been that way without Elegant Occasions magical touch. Words cannot express how amazing Elegant Occasions are and I would recommend everyone to use them.

Elegant Occasions are the best out of the best. Jelka you did an amazing job on my weding day and i still get comments about my wedding ceremony and reception set up. Jelka you are doing mindblowing job. I loved every bit of things you did for me in a such resonable price. You are an amazing person and down to earth personality. I have never been so disappointed with customer service as I have been with Elegant Occasions. The staff here are careless and rude. They left me hundreds of dollars out of pocket and didn't even apologise for their mistakes. I was verbally abused by the store manager when I asked for a breakdown of costs for my wedding invitations. DON'T SHOP HERE! You will probably regret it.

As a well know Hotel Event and Function Manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with Elegant Occasions as our preffered supplier of decorative options for Weddings and Events held at our venue. We have been using Elegant Occasions for over five years and have always found them helpful with all services honored. As a venue our suppliers assist us greatly and have not had an issue with them whatsover. Their standards are high and service efficient and timely.

What a nasty lady who owns this shop, just plain not nice, very pushy person, l was taking a long time in the shop, she got so angry i was not placing a order there.
