Wow, wow, wow! Now that the dust has settled, I’d like to thank Jelka and her crew for the brilliant job they did on our wedding. Jelka took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and did she ever deliver? ! We were so happy with everything from the flowers to the decoration of the venue and everything else. Yelka did our wedding cake back 26 years ago. Amazing person and wonderful service. So good to see her business has grown and still going strong. I will be visiting the store late October to organise my youngest daughters 18th and in the near future look at options for my eldest daughters wedding. We custom made our son's christening invitations. Jelka spent a considerable time with us understanding what we wanted to achieve. We were very happy with the end result, despite the type of paper which was not Jelka's fault, but the manufacturer's. Even though Jelka was kind enough to fix this and reorder them we decided to keep them as they still looked very beautiful. We received so many compliments, they are absolutely stunning and they are of high quality standard. I will definitely recommend Elegant Occasions for any occasion. Thank you Jelka

Yelka was amazing.she provided all the signage, flowers, arbour, cake, flower girl baskets and button holes for our wedding on the weekend. The wind was unexpectedly strong and she took charge with the event co-ordinator to adjust the set up and it was even better than we had planned. She went above and beyond on the day including providing extra flowers that were used in my bridal hairstyle. She even whipped up a buttonhole at the venue for our MC. The cakes were delicious and guests made a point to tell us how much they enjoyed them. Even our guests with dietary issues didn't miss out because she made individualised dietary cupcakes. Cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much from both Laura and I.

Yelka was an absolute lifesaver last week with accommodating a last-minute request for my sisters wedding with only 3 days notice. Without any hesitation she was able to provide the perfect solution and props for our church decorations and had it all ready for us in no time. We have been using Elegant Occassions for years to help celebrate family events. Jelka is highly professional and no job is too small or too hard - she makes it happen. She has delivered each time, sometimes at very short notice. Recently we celebrated a 60th birthday and Jelka helped us plan and decorate and she even helped deliver the catering. Amazing customer service earlier today! Jelka was extremely friendly and very understanding, also had lots of creative ideas. Jelka planned an event for myself 15 years ago, and is currently planning a 18th birthday, she always puts in 100% effort. Would definitely recommend her!
