Went in there last night with a table for 10. The place was nice with great ambiance and busy as per Saturday night. Our food runner/server was amazing she catered our needs as we wanted. Ordered a serve of taco again but it was bit different from what we got earlier (it was during the last call before kitchen closing so that might be the reason I assume). Overall we had a great time and would expect our food to be slightly more hotter (not being fussy). Had a great group picture at the end with Mexican hats.

Zambrero is an ok fast food burrito, for Australia. Go there for instead for a better one for half the price.

Really wanted to go but seen the prices, $23 for a burrito? Seriously. $11 for a side of chips? Absolutely taking the piss

I really enjoyed the spicy margarita! I ate the veggie Nachos & loved the hand cut tortillas.
The only thing was I initially wanted the veg Chimichanga but the meaty chimichangas were cooked in the same fryer. Will return

Delicious food paired with fantastic service, couldn't fault it on a busy Saturday night. Best Mexican food I have had so far! Ordered the Classic Beef Burrito Bowl and 3 Tacos. Will definitely visit again, and highly recommend!

I've had Mexican food before from other places and I've also had authentically cooked Mexican food made from scratch.

El Santos is definitely the sort of place that clearly outlines the difference between the two.
Unlike your usual Mexican tasting dishes that you'd find in large franchise chains, the food here is made right.
Just one taste of the symphony of flavour will show just how much care and thought gets put into their meals.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here, between the food, the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the relaxed venue setting, El Santos is definitely a great Mexican restaurant and I'd dare say the best thus far.

Friendly staff. Authentic flavours and cuisine but totally stingy on the portion. $55 per head for the full course banquet which was more like a glorified tasting plate or tapas and no real substance to the meal. Not even close to substantial. Disappointing. Had to cook when I got home!

Great food. Festive atmosphere. Clean and intimate. Excellent, original drinks including a dozen different sorts of margaritas. Friendly service.

To all thinking of coming here, please don’t support a business like this.
We made a booking on the Thursday for Saturday night. We even confirmed the Saturday morning and they confirmed it for us. We drove 2 hours to get there and was refused entry, as they said our booking was for Tuesday night…? This is proof of the incompetence of the staff and when speaking to the manager, he was completely unwilling to accommodate for their mistake! I will never go or recommend this place to anyone!

The place is awesome! The music plus the decorations gave a whole good energy vibes. The margaritas were just the best I’ve tried and the people were very friendly and nice

Good food at El Santo Mexican! Staff was helpful and food service was quick after ordering. Overall found it a bit pricier for the portion size.

Food that I enjoyed:
1. Fish taco (maybe a little less sauce would be even better)
2. Korean beef taco (really liked the asian twist on tacos)
3. Corn cob
4. Sangria (liked that it wasn’t too strong and was refreshing)
5. Beef quesadilla

Also had pollo adobo which I found okay. It was bit on the spicier side which I liked but less flavourful than what I was expecting.

Never had a chimmychunga until I went here and I was not disappointed! Best meal ever! Very polite staff, quick service and good drinks!

Haven’t visited the store but always get delivery and it’s delicious. The vegetarian nachos and the chicken burrito are our favourites. Food is always well packaged and tasty!

Wish this was our local Mexican restaurant! Awesome service, fun interior, fresh and tasty food. And the margaritas were 11/10! Would love to visit again when we are in town

Awesome place for delicious Mexican food. The 3 young guys running the show were really friendly and professional. Great atmosphere. Housemade soda was awesome as was everything we ordered. Highly recommend, wish we didn't live 4 hours away
